**What do you like best about Acuity Public Safety Software?**

Simple, Windows-based, intuitive to folllow when entering in a new call.

**What do you dislike about Acuity Public Safety Software?**

Geoprocessing for addresss getting reversed to be in alphabetical order. If my unut calls out a stop on Marshall and Grand, he's telling me he's ON Marshall, closest cross street is Grand. The system will switch it to be alphabetical, which can be an issue for officer safety. 

**Recommendations to others considering Acuity Public Safety Software:**

Would like to see the program be more comparable with native Microsoft applications, like Outlook; Google Maps and Chrome (Internet Explorer is a hindrance and outdated program, considering Microsoft doesn't have support for it anymore). It would be terrific to have one program be able to launch these things instead of multiple programs eating away my computer's memory

**What problems is Acuity Public Safety Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to denote which fire or EMS units are needed at a call, easier to code towns.
