**What do you like best about Activity Components for Salesforce?**

The events can be linked to dashboards to show data across the company

**What do you dislike about Activity Components for Salesforce?**

You have to create an event for the data to flow into different dashboards and cannot link cases to show up on the dashboards, for some stuff it is repetitive. 

**What problems is Activity Components for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating tasks within a client profile allows for more than one user to be able to see it and also to assign a checklist or event to another person after one person has completed their portion. It makes project management flow easier.
