Complex order handling is well management from Manhattan OMS

**What do you like best about ActiveOrder™?**

Runs well with little down time. Plenty of implementation help (which is needed). Accuracy and integrations have worked well. There are great third-party vendors to help in setup and in project management of Manhattan deployments.

**What do you dislike about ActiveOrder™?**

Takes a lot of care and feeding. There is also not much standardization among Manhattan products (such as Enterprise Order Management to Warehouse Management System). Some administrative tools just flat don't work and you have to work around it. The product is highly customized to you, so even on the same version it is hard to take the knowledge and experience from one brand to another. Make sure you get an independent integrator to help you in your setup and auditing Manahttan's pro services.

Streamlined and omnichannel order management of digital, wholesale and physical locations. Better inventory flow and tracking.

**What do you like best about ActiveOrder™?**

Dashboard functionality is easy and useful.
Sales order fulfillment is a streamlined process.

**What do you dislike about ActiveOrder™?**

Application performance is poor.
UI is not user friendly and contains very little result sets on a screen. . 
When using the application with non Manhattan product integrations, limitations to the user experience increase due to "customization" needs. 
Pricey modifications are required on the base product more often than not.


**Recommendations to others considering ActiveOrder™:**

Unless the base product meets your exact need, pricey modifications will be required.  

**What problems is ActiveOrder™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer order fulfillment for ecommerce.  Sourcing showed improvement when this application was implemented.

It seems to be a very reliable order management system and it does the job well

Issues that pop up with OMS often are hard to diagnose

Managing a water flows from the e-commerce into the other various systems and integrating the stores

Manhattan was very easy ti use especially in the app form

I don’t have much to dislike about it as a customer. It did all that I needed it to.
