What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

It is a great tool, I find it very easy to classify some clients and good campaigns, it has many features that are great when it starts to be used, it keeps me in good order with my tasks and I can plan my projects and review them daily. ActiveCollab is very efficient and I like it because it has a well structured platform, I can work as a team, it allows me to have access to many tasks and with excellent coordination that are necessary for the projects. What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?

I would like to have a good support in the technical support at the time of registering a problem, it becomes somewhat tedious not to have an answer that helps to solve and inconvenience exactly, to get an answer you have to go to activecollab.com and raise the situation. It is very useful because it integrates quite well with other platforms, it is very intuitive and flexible for extension components. It is a very good project management tool, if used properly it will help to integrate people at a hurried pace which is a great benefit, it is very easy to label people. "Cheap and Cheerful"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

The cost is pretty competitive and does 90% of what we need on a daily basis. Once you get projects set up and people assigned, it's quite easy to quickly set up new tasks within the project and streamline a basic process for management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?

I'd like to see more filter options and visual options. We moved over from a folder based system which just had a lot more options when it came to viewing tasks and folders within a project. The folders also let us give access to certain people in a hierarchy system. Right now, when I open a project I'm presented with a long list of tasks that can sometimes feel very overwhelming. "Stay Organized with ActiveCollab"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

My team swears by ActiveCollab; it is the best way to stay organized and communicate with clients. It is important and required that we keep all client correspondence here because of its ease of use and so any teammate can pick up where the last left off if someone is on leave or vacation. "Practical, not on the go"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

It's quite intuitive. Easy to handle and delivers timely notifications to the team working on the different projects effectively. It has a clean presentation that makes it easier for everyone to track hours and the activities happening in different projects. It also facilitates sharing needed content for each project. What do you dislike about ActiveCollab?

There's no really functional version on the go. Some of my teammates and myself were the kind to be going from meeting to meeting or event. "activecollab has bad tools for mobile use and should improve them"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

I had an excellent start in my work with activecollab, each project achieved the expected results and the overall experience was satisfactory, but now I have traveled constantly to different countries and regions to establish different work methodologies and execute projects that have opened new business opportunities for me and that's why I was forced to use the mobile version of the program, but unfortunately the result was not as expected, it is slow and the procedures take longer than necessary, it does not have what it takes to use it in my work and generates incredible delays Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, the mobile version of activecollab is bad, it has no versatility and it is slow, I have not managed to finish projects and manage with the same speed that I did using the program on my computer, it causes me sadness because I do not want to stop using it because the reach I have been good with the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To avoid wasting time and mismanagement it is important to know that the program is good but its use in mobile phones is incredibly bad, it does not generate good results, it is slow and it gets stuck, I recommend taking the necessary precautions and consulting the technical service at the time of any problem because they have a service that usually gives quick answers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
