**What do you like best about Acrion?**

Since using the lead engagement AI employee, responses are going out almost instantly, and we’ve seen a clear improvement in response rates and overall conversion. It’s taken a lot of pressure off our team and helped us stay on top of every opportunity without adding more workload.

**What do you dislike about Acrion?**

We do not have any complaints. We truly enjoy working with this team.

**What problems is Acrion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using Acrion to help with lead engagement, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how quickly and consistently we’re connecting with new inquiries. Before this, a lot of leads would sit too long or require manual follow-up, which wasn’t always realistic with everything else going on.
