What do you like best about Accruent EMS?

I like the fact that it allows us to manage services and spaces, as well as the robust api access. For a campus of our size the pricing isn't terrible, and the support we receive through accruent access has always been pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accruent EMS?

The UI isn't the most user friendly, and some of our users have issues learning the desktop client. I wish that more than one group type could be assigned to everyday users. Performance is often slow/laggy on desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
