**What do you like best about Accession?**

I love that there is an app for your cell phone so you can log in and essentially answer your office phone from anywhere you have wifi or cell service. This is a really nice tool. I also love the chat feature. I use it at my desk to communicate to my in office co-workers. 

**What do you dislike about Accession?**

Nothing yet, we have only been using it about a month now.

**Recommendations to others considering Accession:**

This phone system is very easy to use, has a lot of positive features that other software phone systems do not have, and is very user friendly. Highly recommend! 

**What problems is Accession solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to answer the phone for our business even when we are not at the office.
