For nearly a decade, Aberdeen Broadcast Services has been an integral part of the "Living Proof with Beth Moore" program on TBN. As we end our partnership with TBN, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for Aberdeen's outstanding service. From the very beginning, Aberdeen Broadcast Services has been a one-stop shop for all our closed captioning needs. Their deep understanding of the TV business has been evident in every interaction. They don’t just provide a service; they actively engage with our content, catching any mistakes and notifying us promptly. This attention to detail has been invaluable in maintaining the high standards we strive for. Communication has always been seamless. What do you like best about Aberdeen Broadcast Services?

Everyone has a choice — but production teams (like ours) have special needs. Demanding, high intensity, tight timeline workflows where you need more than a solution…you need a team that has your back.

Aberdeen has been this and more to us. Weekly, daily, they demonstrate a consistent commitment to excellence with teamwork. Whether it’s an error they caught from familiarity on how our program appears, or the hundreds of station setup details we could never handle ourselves, they literally have our backs.

In the production world, you identify team members who thrive in pressure, don’t cave under stress, but rarely do you find someone who can do those things with a great attitude. Few teams in the nation have the level of consistency and excellence in team members in every role as Aberdeen does — from QC to transcription, station setup to weekly delivery, accounting transparency to follow-up calls, they do not rest until our program is delivered. Then they do it all over again the next week.

What do you like best about Aberdeen Broadcast Services?

The name Aberdeen Broadcast Services is synonymous with the phrase “Fast, Friendly and Efficient”. Their staff is friendly and helpful; always guiding us to “get the best results”. The delivery of our broadcast files is ALWAYS on time and captioned correctly. How good are they? I’ve NEVER received a call from a television network saying our show did not pass their quality control inspection – what a testimony to the quality of work Aberdeen does!
