Abel Reviews & Product Details

Abel is an AI receptionist for home-service and trades businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers) that miss calls while they're on a job. It answers on the first ring, 24/7, from your own hours, service area, services and pricing. It takes the caller's name and service address, asks whether the job is an emergency, checks your calendar before offering a time, books the job and texts the customer a confirmation and a reminder. If a caller asks for a person, Abel transfers the call to your main number. Every call is logged in your dashboard with the customer's details and job notes. Abel includes its own calendar and connects to Google Calendar. Setup is self-serve in one sitting, with no sales call. Pro is $47/month for up to 50 calls and Team is $97/month for up to 150 calls, after a 14-day free trial, with no overage charges. Hear a demo branded with your business name at abelhq.com/try.
