Meetings, projects, reminders, you name it, I've got it mapped out. And when I say Aardvark SMS Reminder tool has amplified my scheduling game to the next level, I mean it. **What do you dislike about Aardvark?** No tool is perfect. But my issues with Aardvark have been minimal. Occasionally, I wish for a few more customization options for the SMS templates. But given how much it delivers, this is a tiny wrinkle in an otherwise impeccable tool. **What problems is Aardvark solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a quick way for my calendar to link up to my contacts without me having to copy and paste phone numbers and message manually every time I have a new meeting. One-click integrations make it easy to click on Google Calendar and Hubspot and there is a sending calendar where you can see all of your upcoming messages. The SMS templates are also very versatile and easy to understand, being able to choose what events to apply the automation for and who to target (reps, unconfirmed attendees, confirmed, tentative, etc.) **What do you dislike about Aardvark?** I wish there was a suppression list (but it could be solved by just having the right filters on the automation) **What problems is Aardvark solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a big problem with no one showing up to our UX calls. We made a slight tweak and started asking for the users' phone number, allowing us to enroll them into our meeting reminders. We instantly started seeing more users come on time and prepared based off our our timely SMS automations. ### 4. The fact that it's a cloud-based SMS reminder software is a massive advantage because it allows us to send timely appointment reminders to our clients. Aardvark doesn't stop at reminders, though. It's more like an all-in-one platform for managing client communication. We can control our account settings, integrate with Google Calendar and our CRM, manage contacts, purchase and manage phone numbers, create a landing page, manage our team, and enable options for sending messages and receiving replies. It's comprehensive and makes our work a lot easier. **What do you dislike about Aardvark?** Well, no tool is perfect and Aardvark has its quirks. One thing that we've noticed is that there can be some hiccups when it comes to messaging across different nationalities. It seems like getting replies from numbers with different country codes can be tricky. We're still figuring out how to best handle this, but just a heads up for any international teams considering Aardvark. We're still getting to know Aardvark, but so far, we're optimistic about the potential benefits it can bring to our client communication process. **What problems is Aardvark solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the main issues we had been facing was staying on top of client communication, especially when it came to appointment reminders.
