The series was recorded so if I needed to go back to remember what we did, I had that information. I also had two point people in the beginning that was helpful. Their layout was also great because all of the information even on employees that I use often were all at the top bar. It was also great to personalize it. **What do you dislike about AAB Payroll Inc?** Dominion had a lot of glitches in their system. They definitely needed a testing analyst to help make sure they are taking care of different glitches. Their tax team was somewhat helpful but when getting started, they were not helpful in telling me exactly what I needed to file in 15 different states. **What problems is AAB Payroll Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were really working hard to fix their customer service team. They had a few issues with not giving proper direction and they had weekly meetings that would help improve the process in how to help their customers experience and solving their problems. ### 2. I can easily pull up pay stubs and pull up my w2; I also get email alerts when my time off has been approved. Again, this is a small inconvenience but I feel it would make it more user-friendly if it logs out on its own after each punch. **Recommendations to others considering AAB Payroll Inc:** Definitely recommend!
