**What do you like best about a.k.a.?**

At the core, I appreciate the company values and commitment to improving industry-wide standards for information governance. The software is robust, and the organization is experienced and committed to automation and helping simplify and make information available.

**What do you dislike about a.k.a.?**

It can be a little bit difficult to use early on. Not as intuitive as some other software.

**What problems is a.k.a. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure different information systems are talking to each other, communicating, and streamlining information. Information is meant to be shared, should be easily accessible and readily available, and this makes it helpful.
