I really appreciate how seamless Worksome is to operate. The interface is user-friendly, and I hardly ever have issues using it. One standout feature for me is the two-factor authentication, which provides added security and prevents unintended access. It makes me feel safer knowing that no one can log into my account without my input code. Also, the payment processing and invoicing capabilities work perfectly and have made managing content orders much easier. I think the main area where Worksome could improve is in its marketplace. It's not as extensive as competitors like Upwork or Fiverr. I do believe it's a work in progress, and for now, at least what Worksome offers is a good step in the right direction. But to enhance, they could work on putting themselves out there more, perhaps on platforms like LinkedIn, to create more awareness and draw in more freelancers and clients. I like Worksome because it's easy to log in and create an account. It helps me see jobs available to me and allows for easy communication with key stakeholders at the company I'm working for. Worksome is valuable for submitting invoices for payment and tracking their status. I find it useful to search for contract roles of interest and to track the progress of those jobs. I think Worksome's alerts could be improved slightly. I received alerts, but they weren't as good as they could be. Also, some of the responses from Worksome support could have been quicker. There should be a better ability to choose the frequency of alerts and how to receive them, like via email or text message. It would be helpful to get an update on the status of a support request by logging into Worksome, especially if a specific support representative hasn't responded. What I like best about Worksome is the access to an international client base, which has opened up opportunities I wouldn't have found otherwise. I also really appreciate how easy it is to track when invoices will be paid, the payment visibility takes the guesswork out of cash flow and saves me chasing up on payments. Honestly, my only real frustration is that I don't win every project I apply for! I think it's overcomplicated. Maybe the UI is just giving me too many things at once. It needs to be sort of focused on whatever the thing that we're doing rather than trying to do too many things or trying to provide too much information. I like the ease of use of Worksome. Since I already submitted all the documentation at the time I registered on the platform, when a job is offered and I sign the contract to accept the proposal, it becomes very simple to request payment. After that, I just wait for the client's approval to receive it directly into my account, without needing to send or submit any other document. The integration of Worksome with the platform used by the client (BWX) also speeds up the entire payment process, which flows quickly and easily. I really like Worksome because I don't have to have my own invoicing system, and it's known and approved by my client. I can upload my documentation of expenses directly to the platform, which is much more convenient than sending emails. It's easy to use and accessible for the client, which simplifies everything for me. I also appreciate that I can easily submit my rates, sign NDAs, and send invoices without needing expert knowledge of different systems, making the entire process much easier than setting up my own system. As a freelancer using Worksome, I find it challenging not knowing how to guide my client if they're having trouble with the platform. I only see my side of things, so if a producer who is new to the platform doesn't know what to do, I feel like a bit of a burden. It would be super helpful if there was a 'what happens next' pop-up that could keep me in the loop about what my client is doing. Also, a link to send clients who can't find me on the site would make things easier. It's kind of tough keeping track of everything since I have to manage some information outside of Worksome, like my hourly tracking and separate rate cards, which would be way better centralized within the platform. The platform, however, would benefit from increased marketing efforts to expand user hiring. Also, the system frequently requests re-verification of payment methods/accounts that have already been validated, and sometimes is not familiar with financial nuances in other countries. I love how easy it is to submit timesheets and request payment being a contractor with Worksome, which really simplifies my workflow.
