If you want to create survey's, leadgen forms, or other type of questionnaires easily, Typeform is the best tool I know you can use to create the forms quickly, mobile first design and easy to get the statistics and input from. There's a lot of just things that you need to do to customize it to make it look good. If you don't start to pull in your logo and things like that, it looks really generic. And when it looks really generic like that, it makes the company just not look as professional and then polished.
