One of the things I like most about this tool is that it makes writing text much easier. You don’t have to type as much because it runs as an extension for your keywords. Basically, it does the work for you by automatically pasting the saved text when you type your abbreviation. I don't really have any major improvements to suggest. As I continue to use the platform, I tend to identify new ways it could support my workflow better. Most of my ideas come ffrom using the app in real world onboarding and sales scenarios, where each business has its own unique process and needs.

I’m very clumsy when it comes to typing, so TextExpander has saved me a lot of time. It helps me sound more human when I’m grading papers, while still letting me work much faster. It has also sped up my blog-writing process. I use it alongside a voice dictator, since I think these tools complement each other rather than serving as direct replacements. The UX is very friendly, and the performance is highly reliable and fast. I haven´t had the need to request for support because the onboarding was quite illustrative. I use TextExpander in my daily activities for both work and personal tasks. I have created many snippets which I use often, and it saves me keystrokes for phrases I frequently use. I really like the ease of creating and organizing snippets, and I appreciate that I can specify the abbreviation to suit my needs. It makes it easier to keep track of and organize my context-specific snippets. Quick and easy way to do repetitive wording tasks without having to retype the content. The new date picker has made this even more useful. I find this easier to use than macros in Salesforce but use this almost exclusively with updates being made in Salesforce or emails. Time saver which provides a valuable, easy to use solution. One suggestion would be to support more repetitive wording tasks. It can handle this in the moment when it comes up, but it doesn’t seem to carry that across time.

I like TextExpander because it's very easy to use, especially since it's similar to what I use at work with Epic's smart phrases. This similarity made the transition to using it for my personal typing and emails really smooth. Nothing. I think my challenge is finding the right shortcuts that are easy for me to remember. However, TextExpander also makes it easy to find what I am looking for when I don't remember. I haven't used the fillable dates/answers in TE yet, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
