I've been using Tenantcloud for over 6 months now and have come to really enjoy the ability to do everything, all in one place. Previously, I was having to manage properties in one platform, advertise in another, and store documents in the cloud. With Tenantcloud, I can do it all in one place. Additionally, I can invite tenants directly from the app when I am mobile, or work from the desktop if I am in the office. While the accounting is a perk and works (yes, it works), it could use a lot of work. For example, you have to process fees/payments one at a time rather than being able to process all at once by "selecting all". While this may seem minimal, it is a literal time killer having to process each transfer individually once a month. TenantCloud has some drawbacks to consider. I like that tenantcloud has everything under one roof. I can screen tenants, I can market vacancies, I can manage the properties, collect rent, and management maintenance under one solution. The payment processing isn't the best. It takes almost 7 days to receive money once a tenant pays. It also takes 7 days for owners to receive money once I send them the money. I think the payment processing time could be improved.

Also, the maintenance screen is a little clunky. It is hard to navigate through all of the maintenance requests if you have many open requests at one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This has been an effortless website for my wife to run our rental properties from. It has an app and can be used to instant message tenants. Before we signed up for TenantCloud she had a time with a lot of what comes with property management, but after TenantCloud she's happy and nothing is too difficult. Tenants make payments through it and it reminds them when rent is due. It reminds my wife and I when leases need to be renewed soon too. It pretty much handles everything except the leaky pipe. TenantCloud is very straight forward and easy to use. It does all the things I need it to do and then some. Overall I have never had a real problem with it. I believe TenantCloud is a good cloud based solution for smaller portfolios. It is not as robust as other software but often, the more robust software has a minimum property count of at least 75. It is super user friendly, clean user interface, the customer service is phenomenal too! The tenant facing portal has been reported as great from our clients. I love that my owner clients have access to their documents and reports. We use the system daily. It really is making a difference in my business. What we dislike is having to manually add my admin to each property, the matching in reconciliation is a bit difficult. I really wish the owners had the ability to view the application reports. This makes the idea of being a landlord way less intimidating. I was afraid to mess up, afraid to lose track of files and documents, and had minimal knowledge in landlording. There is a lot of info. to cover and you can feel overwhelmed by the amount of information within the platforn. Also, some errors can be happen when collecting rent and renewing the lease.
