Later we discovered a dynamic team, an excellent product for all 3 parties involved - candidates, recruiters, and managers but most of all an ongoing development throughout the years with a modern look and features available. Lately, I would say they have a very good mix of analytics, recruitment marketing, UX, and ease of initial setup. If you look at how elegantly they've embedded the AI cat GPT solution, you will be surprised. Customer support is always there no matter the role in the system. Easy to use and easy to train people on the tool. The customer support and CSM team are very reactive and fast solution providers. A large amount of features make the tool very useful for daily basis recruitment activity. **What do you dislike about Teamtailor?** I am a big fan of triggers and automation but I dislike when I cannot have an option to cancel the trigger for specific cases and candidates during the action. You need to cancel this trigger for that stage if you want it to disappear. The product is easy and quick to use, which leads to a recruitment process that is both of good quality and efficient. We would benefit from an opportunity to name a recruitment team, but sometimes the only opportunity is to name an individual.
