What do you like best about Tactic?

From a company perspective, it seems an excellent tool as it helps the company be more organized and aware of who the people are working on any scheduled date. What do you dislike about Tactic?

So far, I can't see a downside other than the time you need to log in to it. It would be better if there is some integration that it might have with other tools that are used to track the employee's login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tactic?

I appreciate the redesign of Tactic's user interface, which has become more intuitive and facilitates a seamless user experience. The updated version has significantly improved the ease and efficiency of workspace management.

Additionally, I greatly appreciate how it integrates with other software to accurately identify the individuals scheduled to be at work on a specific date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Office Management, Some Reservations"

What do you like best about Tactic?

I use Tactic to efficiently manage a hybrid workplace by enabling desk and meeting room bookings. I like how it improves space utilization and supports flexible work arrangements. I appreciate knowing who is coming into the office and when, which is really helpful when I want to work both remotely and from the office. I also like how it prevents desk and meeting room conflicts; it can never be overbooked, and when I book any meeting room for a meeting, it's always available at that time. What do you like best about Tactic?

Very Easy to use with awesome User Interface. Excellent support from Tactic team. They are very quick to respond on answering queries. The tool was integrated quite easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tactic?

What do you dislike about Tactic?

I don't like the fact that is someone releases a reservation, and a desk becomes available the previous person that had the reservations phots stays in the desk, the desk is available however it looks like it is reserved. What do you like best about Tactic?

I like how responsive the Tactic Team is- whenever we have an issue, it is resolved quickly. Whenever we request a new feature, they are very transparent about what they can/can't do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tactic?

It has improved greatly since we signed on. Sometimes, rooms do not have any bookings, but it does not allow ANY user, regardless of their access level, to book a single room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It sounds like your team may not have room booking enabled on your Tactic account. If you’d like to get that added please reach out to our team at sales@gettactic.com and we can get that enabled in your account! We also support a fully functional two-way sync with your calendar application (Google/Outlook) so those bookings can be made from anywhere!

Ease of Use: Offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes booking desks and rooms
