My experience with Spocket has been extremely disappointing. From the moment I subscribed, the platform had technical issues that prevented me from using it properly. I contacted support multiple times a day, for days, asking either for a fix or a refund. I kept receiving the same copy-paste responses telling me to “wait,” with no real action taken.
I was promised that the issue would be fixed and that I would receive three extra months of access as compensation — yet nothing was resolved. After more than two weeks of back-and-forth with no solution, Spocket disconnected my access entirely, even though I paid for the service and was never able to use it.
The lack of support, transparency, accountability, and follow-through is shocking for a paid SaaS platform. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Spocket to anyone. It caused a complete loss of time, money, and trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
