We currently have our Amazon and Ebay stores integrated and also use Shipping Easy to help ship orders from our own website as well. Not only does it organize all the orders in once place but we are able to set shipping rules based on product and package weights, dimensions, or categories. We also subscribe to the add-on marketing services which enables us to market to our customers as well. All-in-all Shipping Easy is a great service that provides ease of use, peace of mind, and convenience. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** We would love to see an upgrade that would clean up or auto-fix address discrepencies. We spend a far amount of time having to do this manually which can be tedious. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipping easy allows us to take control of our shipping. We can set rules for specific items/packages that saves time for our shipping deptartment. Shipping easy will then also confirm back tracking information to any eCommerce platforms that are integrated which saves us time from having to confirm orders manually. The marketing add-on also can send emails to customers asking them to leave reviews & feedback. ### 2. It does allow you to see all your orders from different platforms on one dashboard. It does allow you to choose from multiple carriers to find the best price for a particular package. It offers discounted rates both for shipping and for added third party insurance. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** ShippingEasy didn't offer USPS Cubic rates for my account despite a monthly $19.99 subscription. At first I was allowed to connect my FedEx account at no extra charge, but then they added a monthly fee for that option. Their customer service was only during normal business days and hours, when I really wanted help during weekends and after hours. ShippingEasy didn't notify me when UPS or USPS "adjusted" my quoted rate and overbilled me. I had to track these "adjustments" manually and dispute them. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before ShippingEasy I was using USPS Click N Ship and PayPal Labels, which wasn't ideal considering I was selling on multiple platforms. It has native integrations with major sales / e-commerce platforms that I use. They get great shipping discounts that are the lowest we've found. They save us time and money each and every day we use it. Since it's browser-based, it is easy to set up and get going. Just add and configure your label printer and you're ready to roll on any computer. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** It would be nice if they kept the full addresses of prior shipments indefinitely instead of disappearing like they do now. It would be fantastic if they added a "blacklist" feature for addresses of known problem customers. Some way to flag an address so if it pops up again in the future, it gets marked and we can decide what to do with it. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're combining multiple sales channels into a single location. UPS policy allows for a refund but they refuse - stole our money. Not using this app anymore. Other apps will refund your money when they cancel your labels - not these guys! It allows us to ship everything from one place, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. It is fairly easy to use and reasonably intutitive. It always has the latest pricing available including special ciontracted pricing. The UPS shipping rate is outstanding, much better than any rate we could negotiate on our own. We also use shipping easy to control our on-line inventories with Amazon, ebay and our Big Commerce web site. We also depend on Shipping Easy to provide us our sales inventory and margin reports. Support and onboarding is actually quite good even after 10 years. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** They waste a lot of space with their GUI, it is so bad that I had to buy our shipping department an extra wide monitor to allow us to see everything they need to function. Nothing mobile works well, so stick to a shipping station and PC. I really wish they would put the picture of each item with the main shipping line rather than make you scrole to see the picture of items you sold. Pictures help us avoid shipping errors, we have 5000 SKU's so pictures help. I always recommend Shipping Easy to other business owners because we have found it to be so critical to us as we grow our organization. We used to enter all of the addresses manually into each shipping carrier's website, but once we changed to Shipping Easy, we are easily saving at least a full salary on payroll because Shipping Easy is that valuable. We also save in shipping costs because we can easily go in and comparison shop the different carriers when we ship an order and it's super quick and easy to do so. Ordering through UPS or USPS is always a huge pain but Shipping Easy makes everything simple and clear. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** It can be difficult sometimes to search through the shipment history. This is mainly a problem for old shipments. It can be improved by increasing the usability of the shipment history. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the issue and complication of dealing with multiple shipping partners. This allows you to run a service on a print server and automatically send print jobs to your label printers when you click print inside shipping easy. That way you can be on any machine sending print labels and still get them off your label printer connected to the print server. **What do you dislike about ShippingEasy?** The only thing I dislike about shipping easy is that they do not offer a native integration with FedEx through one balance. You need to make a separate FedEx account with FedEx; typically, the rates are much higher than those of a grouped account. **What problems is ShippingEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ebay does not natively offer parcel select support because they are trying to push their users to offer faster shipping methods like priority mail. This costs buyers twice as much. Shipping easy allows us to still offer a cheaper shipping method like parcel select and still sell on ebay. ### 39.
