"Simple Setup, Seamless Integration for Collecting Reviews Across Locations"

What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

It’s simple to set up and easy to use. We rely on it to collect reviews for all of our locations. It also integrates smoothly with our other systems, so it runs in the background and we don’t really have to think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?

It took me a minute to figure out how to limit access on a location-by-location basis, but their support team walked us through it. Now it works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

To stay ahead of competitors and rank well on Google, we need a steady flow of reviews, and ReputationStacker makes that really easy. I also like that it lets us see how our different locations compare with each other, which is important for us. We used another system before, but it wasn’t as strong for multi-location review management. You can tell ReputationStacker was built with businesses that have many locations in mind, rather than only a single location—though I’m sure it works perfectly fine in that situation too. "Easy Setup, Fully Automated Reviews, and Lightning-Fast Support"

What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

The best part of ReputationStacker is that it's really easy to use to get more reviews for our law offices. When we first signed up we just followed the setup guide and hooked up Zapier so it's integrated with our business management platform and now it's totally automated. I have had a couple of questions along the way and their support team responded super fast and explained how to do what I needed and even offered to make the changes for me (but they were easy so I did it myself). What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?

What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes in the legal field it can be hard to get clients to write reviews. Even if they say they will write a review they typically don't do it unless you follow up with them over and over again. ReputationStacker takes that off our plate completely. We're getting 5 times the reviews we used to get. That has pushed all of our offices up to the top (or near the top) of Google's local pack. "They ruined their system"

What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

absolutely nothing now. Their previous system was fairly straightforward. Their new system has more bugs than a $6 motel and I've burned up my customer data thinking things were working as expected....nope. I am the MOST upset at them forcing through a broken system that was not properly tested, like at all, and then taking away their prior system. What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Their system used to work really well. It would send out "how did we do" emails to customer data we loaded in. You could edit settings so the the 4 and 5 star reviews went to your site or review platform and the 3 star and under did not, and you could then follow up with the unhappy customer. Very straightforward. Now, nothing works in their system. emails go out, but reviews don't get posted, which is the only thing their system should be doing....so the one thing they should have fully dialed in, doesn't work. What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

ReputationStacker is easy to use, you can pick iy up in less than 10 minutes. Its ok for gernerating product or service reviews. It does this through email or SMS by asking a simple question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?

The tool could be described as somewhat pricey, especially if you have a small businesses. I also think it doesnt provide some advanced features that other more comprehensive reputation management platforms offer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

We have had Reputation Stacker for all of a couple months and already have countless new reviews on two sites - Yelp and Google. We have had mostly 5-star reviews. It's such great feedback to know our customers are so happy with our work. We love the ease of it - one and done. It keeps following back up with them and we don't have to do any more work than the initial data input. The cost of the program is astounding, in that you get a lot more than what you pay for! We have been blown away by the efficacy of Reputation Stacker and believe it to be the "game-changer" for our organization in 2020! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?

We wish that there was more allotment for text messages and emails. We have a lot of data that we put in immediately so it would be nice if there was a "rollover" system of allotment to make it easier for us, since we won't have as much data to put in moving forward. What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have definitely solved our NPS and feedback issue. We have also been able to collect more real-time feedback with Reputation Stacker. Like previously stated, the fact that it automatically emails and texts again really helps eliminate the manual human error or tedious aspect.
