**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

Managing our 50+ locations in one dashboard is mandatory for us and ReputationStacker makes this very easy. We've used a number of other ORM tools and most are only designed for small businesses with just a few locations. ReputationStacker seems to work really well no matter how many locations you have because of the way the dashboard is designed. Adding more locations as we've grown is simple and intuitive. The automated/hands-off aspect is also a major plus because then our location managers don't have to put in extra effort to get reviews or respond to them. We've never encountered a bug or lag, it always works without issue and it seamlessly integrates with our CRM, which also helps with the hands-off runs-in-the-background feeling of it. I especially like the filtering function. You can get very specific to see exactly the data you want to see.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

We've never encountered any issues. Also, their support people (real humans) checked in with us multiple times when we first started using it to make sure we were good. I really appreciate that.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a dry cleaning and laundry business with over 50 locations that has to get reviews and manage customer experience and our online reputation at scale. We've used multiple tools for this in the past. ReputationStacker is by far the best dedicated ORM software I've used.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

I like that it is so good at getting reviews and customer feedback. It pushes our listings higher in Google without a doubt. It is very easy to use too and comes at a great price for having everything you need for reputation management and reviews.

There's nothing I do not like. It does what we pay for it to do.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationStacker is our preferred online reputation management and review software now. We used to use BirdEye for reputation management and it was way too complicated with too many features. A lot of their AI features have been in "beta" status forever and all they did is make for an overly complex experience. As soon as our contract with BirdEye ended we switched over to ReputationStacker and our team is so happy that we did. ReputationStacker has all of the same features as BirdEye for reputation management, but it is so much easier to use and costs a lot less.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

It has awesome reporting and analytics. Yes it does a great job of getting reviews, but I'm not just in it for the reviews... I don't want to let all of that customer feedback go to waste. ReputationStacker's reports - and especially the comparisons and filters you can apply - give me the deep dive capabilities I need to put those advanced analytics to work and improve every location of my business based on the voices of my customers telling me exactly what they want.

There is not something I can think of that is not helpful about it. It is easy to use and support is very attentive whenever I need help.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationStacker solves the problem of helping us get reviews and customer feedback for our locations, but instead of just collecting reviews, it gives me the reporting and comparisons and filters I need to actually understand what customers are saying and use it to improve every location. In this way it is not just useful for reputation management and reviews, but it is also really good for customer feedback and customer experience management.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

I have a computer repair shop so I can be perhaps slightly more critical than the average person when it comes to software and user interfaces. ReputationStacker was so easy to set up and use. Set up was very straightforward and fast, and the user interface has everything I need without being overwhelming or complicated. I am very much impressed.

I have no complaints. Customer support is excellent. They responded to me within a few minutes and answered my questions and made a few adjustments to my account for me.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ReputationStacker primarily for getting Google reviews and responding to them, and for getting customer feedback. I was surprised at how effective it is at both of those tasks. We take our reviews and customer feedback to heart, and ReputationStacker's reports show us our review growth and they also employ sentiment analysis and categorization so we can consistently improve our customer experience.

ReputationStacker is really effective for online reputation management for property management companies. It was recommended to me by a colleague at another company and we've been very happy with it.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

Adding a new location in RS isn't automatic when we add the location to our other systems. I wish the integration made new location additions automatic. The RS support rep did say that you can make it automatic by using the API, but we don't use the API currently since we already had been using the direct integration.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationStacker is exactly what we were looking for for multi-location reputation management. We manage over 50 properties and we use ReputationStacker for all of them to get reviews and improve the experience of our residents. It has been a real life saver in making sure that we meet the needs of all of our tenants.

I really like the admin controls that allow me to manage users and set their visibility and permissions. That's very important for a large restaurant chain (or any large multi-location business). Of course the core features (reviews, customer feedback, experience management, location comparison) are built very well and are very easy to use too.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

Understanding how to create the location comparison report the first time took longer than I'd like, but their support people showed me how to do it and now it works perfectly and is easy to manage and use for benchmarking and training.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The restaurant industry can be very fickle and change on a whim. We love Reputationstacker because it keeps a steady flow of reviews and customer feedback for all of our locations coming into a central dashboard. The reviews are great because they keep us ranking high in search and tell us where we need to improve, and the feedback is great because it puts us ahead of the game when it comes to what our customers want. For a review management or feedback management tool, nothing beats Reputationstacker.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

What I like best about ReputationStacker is how it works on its own and how easy it was to get going with it. Less than 10 minutes to set up. The setup wizard was key. It made setup so intuitive and easy. We had everything set up for our first location in less than five minutes, and adding our additional locations and integrating it with our CRM took even less time. After that the reviews come in like clockwork. We use it every day to make sure we're constantly getting new reviews and keeping our clients happy.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

I like everything about it. I can’t imagine handling our reputation management any other way.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a chain of gyms/fitness centers in the Chicago area that is rapidly expanding to other territories. When we were just a few locations we could handle reviews and reputation management on a per-location basis. Once we hit more than 10 locations we needed a system to manage it. I am really impressed with how ReputationStacker gets new reviews and pulls all of our reviews into the dashboard so we can respond to them and follow up with our clients. A big added bonus that I didn't expect is how it also collects client feedback in addition to getting new reviews, and then it applies sentiment analysis so we can objectively compare locations to each other and use it to improve the client experience incrementally.

I like how focused a tool ReputationStacker is. It's perfect for review generation and customer feedback and online reputation management. It also is really helpful for getting ideas and suggestions for how to improve the customer experience because it gives you data that you can back up with the voice of the customer directly from real reviews.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

Like any software, you have to take a a little time to figure out how to get the most out of it. I don't dislike any of it (it's really easy to use in fact), but some deeper tutorials on how to use the location comparison reports would be good (showing some specific examples).

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationsStacker is perfect for our large chain of dental practices. We use it to get a constant flow of reviews and customer feedback that help us get new patients and keep our exiting patients happy. Other competitive solutions that we looked at like Birdeye had extra features that we wouldn't use and that we already have other systems for. I like how ReputationStacker is focused specifically on reviews and customer feedback and reputation management. It's got all of the features that we need without trying to sell us on additional features that we don't need.

I like how ReputationStacker makes it easy to handle online reputation management for all of our locations. The feature set is perfect for a large organization that needs to not only get reviews but also respond to them and collect customer feedback that we can use to resolve individual customer issues and also to improve the customer experience overall.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

We use the review widget to display reviews for each location of our business on our website. I like how customizable it is (you can choose to only show reviews for a specific location on that location's page on your site), but I wish there was an easier (programatic) way to put it on each location-specific page on our site.  This isn't really a ReputationStacker issue, but it's the only thing I can think of that causes any friction.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we started growing locations we needed a way to handle online reputation management at scale (as opposed to having each location manage it on their own). We demoed a lot of different reputation management platforms. Some had limited features for what we needed, while others were overbuilt with extra features that aren't related to reviews or customer feedback or customer experience. ReputationStacker strikes the perfect balance for us, and still fits into our budget. I love the comprehensive feature set that ReputationStacker has. You can tell they really thought through each part of the system and made sure it has everything you want as far as getting more reviews, collecting customer feedback, getting data to improve customer experience, sharing reviews on social media and our website, managing users and permissions, etc. This is really important for a large enterprise business of our size for online reputation management.

ReputationStacker makes it easy for our clients to leave reviews. We’re getting many more Google reviews now than we used to, and the process feels much smoother overall.

There's nothing to dislike about it. It does an excellent job of getting us Google reviews and it also has all sorts of additional features that we actually use a lot like review responses and review widgets. The support is also great if you need it.

We use ReputationStacker to get our clients to write Google reviews. We get so many more reviews now than we used to get before we started using ReputationStacker. I love how easy it was to set up and how easy it is to use. It ties into our other systems and runs mostly by itself. Getting reviews every day helps us rank highly in Google when people are searching for our services. At this point I don't know what I'd do without ReputationStacker - it has become that important to us.

So often in software the reports feel like an afterthought, but ReputationStacker's reports actually help us to improve our customer experience. The reporting and advanced analytics are also really intuitive and easy to use. You can get so much helpful data in one place. I particularly like the design of the filters, it's so smart and powerful for getting data that we can use at corporate and also share with our individual location managers.

I like how easy it makes online reputation management for our medspas. It was so easy to set up and their support people are always there if we need help. We now have a steady flow of reviews for all of our locations and I can keep an eye on everything in one place.

We had to wait a few days to get our phone numbers approved so we could send text message review requests, but their support team explained to me that it's a requirement for U.S. mobile phone carriers, not ReputationStacker's requirement. So I understand why. Either way, the system now works perfectly so it worked out.

We needed a way to get more reviews for our medspas and ReputationStacker took care of that. I was pleasantly surprised at how it also makes it so easy to reply to reviews and see where we are falling short at some locations and where we are doing really well at others. So it's really more than just review management or reputation management, it's also really great for customer experience management too. I love that it feels like it has the power of a big enterprise-level platform, but it's user-friendly too.

It helps us collect Google reviews for all of our locations, which makes it much easier to manage feedback across the board and rank better when people search in Google.

Nothing much to add. It does a good job for what we need it to do, and it meets our needs.

We’re in a highly competitive business—plumbing, heating, and cooling—in a crowded market. Because of that, we need a steady flow of reviews to rank in Google local and to make our business the obvious choice over our competitors. Reputationstacker takes care of this for all of our locations and keeps Google reviews coming in every day.

Since we started using Reputationstacker, we’re getting about five or six times the number of reviews we used to. Our client management system also has a review-request feature, but we stopped using it because it didn’t perform nearly as well as Reputationstacker when we tested them head to head. It doesn’t automatically follow up with clients or make it as easy for them to leave a review as Reputationstacker does. Overall, I’m very happy with Reputationstacker.

The housekeeping and maid service business is very competitive in every city we're in. As a mult-unit franchisee, we have to really be on top of our reviews, customer feedback, and online reputation in order to continue to grow. ReputationStacker helps us stay on top of this and manage everything on a single screen. I love how easy it was to set up and use. As we add new locations it is easy to also add them to ReputationStacker.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

I didn't think that the free trial would end once we started adding our additional locations, but I guess it makes sense. There was also a warning about it so at least it wasn't a surprise.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

There’s a lot packed into ReputationStacker, and it’s been amazing for managing online reputation and reviews across all of our clinics. I especially like having all of our review sites pulled into one place, because it makes staying on top of everything much easier. The survey builder is user-friendly and flexible enough to match what we need. RS support has also been awesome—super responsive and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

You can do a lot with the filtering, and it’s really helpful for finding specific locations or patients. For instance, if I’m trying to compare a few locations, it’s easy to filter 93 locations down to just 4 or 5. Where it starts to get confusing is when you combine multiple filtering options—like selecting specific locations and then showing only reviews with a 1–3 star rating that also mention a particular staff member. The filtering itself works great, but it would be helpful to have more documentation or a few videos available so I don’t have to figure it out on my own, especially since there are so many filtering conditions you can combine.

ReputationStacker has really helped us understand what our patients are thinking and feeling about their experiences. It’s given us clear direction on where we can improve across our clinics. We’ve also seen a solid boost in the number of online reviews we’re getting on sites like Google and Facebook, along with an improvement in our overall ratings.

It’s very easy to use. I’m not very techy, but it was simple to set up. It automatically asks customers for reviews, which saves me time and helps my plumbing business get more 5-star reviews.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

It took me a little time at first to understand all the features, but once I got the hang of it, everything felt smooth and easy to use. A few more simple how-to videos would probably help people like me get up to speed faster.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ReputationStacker, I barely had any online reviews even though my customers were happy. I just didn’t know the best way to ask, and even when I did, people would say they were going to leave a review and I honestly think they meant it, but they just never got around to it.

Now ReputationStacker sends review requests automatically and follows up with reminders for anyone who hasn’t left a review yet. Since then, my Google rating has gone up, and I’m also ranking better than other businesses like mine in my area. I’m getting more calls and more booked jobs because people trust us more.

I know ReputationStacker is built for big businesses with lots of locations, but I really appreciate how easy it is for a small business owner like me to use.

For whatever reason our customers respond way more to text messages than emails, so we really love the text message review request feature. I also like the design because I don't have to click around a whole lot to use it.

I like the system. It is easy to use and does a good job.

ReputationStacker gets Google reviews for all of our locations. We do oil changes, breaks, tune-ups, etc, so we need a lot of reviews coming in so that we rank better and outshine the competition. Reputation makes it easy to do that. It also helps us see which locations are doing better than others for customer experience. As we continue to grow and add more locations that is very important.

We need to get Google reviews on a continuous basis in order to rank in the Google local pack, and Reputation Stacker makes it easy to do. We use it all the time to not only get reviews but also respond to them without having to go into Google to do it.

You can customize the review survey to ask for client feedback or only ask for Google reviews. It took me a little to figure out the difference but now it is set up how I like it.

Like I said, we have to get Google reviews to rank high in Google's local pack for attorneys. Reputation Stacker handles that perfectly for us. We get way more reviews than if we sent out manual review requests or asked clients to write them ourselves.

Automating online reviews is incredibly simple with ReputationStacker. Every single one of our agents relies it for getting reviews. Reviews are a big lead source in real estate, so I can't imagine not having ReputationStacker for our online reputation management. I also like how slick the interface is and how easy it is to use. Support is also outstanding.

The best part of ReputationStacker is that it's really easy to use to get more reviews for our law offices. When we first signed up we just followed the setup guide and hooked up Zapier so it's integrated with our business management platform and now it's totally automated. I have had a couple of questions along the way and their support team responded super fast and explained how to do what I needed and even offered to make the changes for me (but they were easy so I did it myself).

absolutely nothing now. Their previous system was fairly straightforward. Their new system has more bugs than a $6 motel and I've burned up my customer data thinking things were working as expected....nope. I am the MOST upset at them forcing through a broken system that was not properly tested, like at all, and then taking away their prior system. That is not how a company should ever operate, ever never.

Their customer service is top notch, it really is. just can't seem to get myself to be ok with how things have transpired here though.

Their system used to work really well. It would send out "how did we do" emails to customer data we loaded in. You could edit settings so the the 4 and 5 star reviews went to your site or review platform and the 3 star and under did not, and you could then follow up with the unhappy customer. Very straightforward. Now, nothing works in their system. emails go out, but reviews don't get posted, which is the only thing their system should be doing....so the one thing they should have fully dialed in, doesn't work.

We have had Reputation Stacker for all of a couple months and already have countless new reviews on two sites - Yelp and Google. We have had mostly 5-star reviews. It's such great feedback to know our customers are so happy with our work. We love the ease of it - one and done. It keeps following back up with them and we don't have to do any more work than the initial data input. The cost of the program is astounding, in that you get a lot more than what you pay for! We have been blown away by the efficacy of Reputation Stacker and believe it to be the "game-changer" for our organization in 2020!
