What do you like best about RefNow?

The product does exactly what we need - straightforward API integration, solid core functionality, and it is highly effective. The technical implementation was smooth and the platform has continued to improve over the time we've been using it.

But what elevates RefNow from "good product" to "exceptional experience" is the team behind it. Jordan has been incredibly helpful and collaborative - genuinely invested in the problems we're trying to solve rather than just selling features. What do you dislike about RefNow?

Nothing significant.

We haven't hit any meaningful pain points. What do you like best about RefNow?

"Great way to complete reference"

What do you like best about RefNow?

This was my first time completing learner reference via G2 Review and I must say, that I found it very innovative.

I received the text reminder to complete the review first. Without the text, the reference would stay in my Inbox until tomorrow or the day after.

I really liked how transparent and reliable the whole process was, it was obviously designed with users in mind and I found it very easy, compare to classic references sent via email. There are no documents to open and sign, you simply follow the specific questions and submit once completed.

The interface is very easy to navigate, I just followed the steps.

What do you dislike about RefNow?

Some of the employees complain the questions are many that their reference have to fill. Also-the fraud reports need to send the employee a notification for a particular concern raised, as most of the times-your HR and supervisor of previous organisation can be working in the same building and using the same IP. "Brilliant online referencing tool - quick and easy to use"

What do you like best about RefNow?

Really easy to use which I think is important - references are important but I know from experience that if they are difficult to provide or too long winded then they don't necessarily do the person receiving the reference justice. I found this tool very easy to use and would happily complete references again using RefNow in the future.
