While RecruitBPM's reporting is good, it could be enhanced in an intuitive manner. The software, however, has an edge over its competitors and is capable of becoming unbeatable in the future

RecruitBPM provides a tool for tracking potential candidates for open jobs. Using the matchmaking feature, qualified candidates are effectively matched with suitable job openings. A detailed candidate profile is also available within the software, which allows users to easily access notes, skills, and history regarding each candidate.

I was looking for a level of automation similar to what you would find in high-end marketing tools like Hubspot and that is exactly what I found in RecruitBPM.

There are not lot of features I do not like. I used their built-in e-sign. even though its free, I still like docusign as I have been using for past many many years

Finally, a smart, reliable, and scalable recruitment CRM, applicant tracking and back office system.  Love the google chrome extension and data enrichment platform. Easy to find emails for consultants and clients.

There is one small glitch, but it isn't critical, and they fixed it after reporting this.

Our company uses RecruitBPM to streamline information flow among our recruiters. By utilizing this system, we will be able to work more quickly with clients and give management a better understanding of what all recruiters are working on.

I found RecruitBPM to be very Easy to be Talent Acquisition Software. With minimal training, I was up and running.

RecruitBPM after-hours support was taking longer. I work California time and after 6 pm it was a long hold.

End to End recruitment process management, More practical than any other software available in the market, Beautifully integrated social media recruiting and integration of ATS,  client portal, job portal, and candidate portal, Good for Small to large recruiting Companies. It fastened the deliveries.

A lot more to be done on reporting part. A bit expensive for a small organization, specifically in the Indian subcontinent. recruitBPM should offer a complete solution at a much lower price.

Whether you are small or big or a startup, Go for it if your Budget Supports it, no Second thoughts. It's a complete end to end software for a recruitment company

Nothing more is required if you have RecruitBPM to run a recruitment agency. This software has almost reduced the time spent onboarding the candidate from receiving the candidate profile by 80%; it has doubled our recruiter's productivity in the past nine months.  Now no Excel sheets, no more data folders

The best thing about this product is its User-friendliness and the variety of features that cover every phase of the whole recruitment process

There's nothing that I would say I hate about this product, but I would love them to provide regular training for every new release or update.

Using recruitBPM helped our recruiting agents to streamline the whole recruitment process with increased efficiency and less hassle. Before recruitBPM, we were facing issues about the track and trace of the applicants/candidates. Thankfully, it's not the issue anymore.

I like the most ai sourcing is the best part of this  talent acquisition platform. it's easy to use and very feature-rich.  I was able to learn the product in a matter of days.

sales, prospecting, and more deals. RecruitBPM delivers when it comes to sales and recruiting CRM and applicant tracking features. It was a seamless end-to-end solution for our need from ai enables sourcing to bulk email, text, and VM Campaigns. Also liked the ease of use and hands-on training.

The page loading during navigation is a bit slower. Any improvements in this regard will highly be appreciated.

We found RecruitBPM most user-friendly and feature-rich for our business needs. It's a comprehensive solution for the entire Recruiting, onboarding, and back-office.  But if you are looking for point base solution like just CRM or just back office, this might be overkill. price is rather very reasonable.

increase speed to hire and we do not want to pay for video interview sice recruitbpm has built in video interviewing.

When it comes to sourcing candidates, tracking placements, reporting, resume storage, and submissions, RecruitBPM is an outstanding applicant tracking system to use. It’s excellent at tracking job orders in detail, and have a very user-friendly reporting and analytics tool. Most of the reporting from our recruiting department comes through RecruitBPM. The customer services helpline is exceptional. Always up to resolve the issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBPM?**

In a nutshell, RecruitBPM is a great applicant tracking system to use. But I hate waiting in line when it comes to training for something new they bring on.

**What do you like best about RecruitBPM?**

I like the email campaigns, bulk texts in CRM/ ATS, paperless onboarding and Time and Expense Management. I liked their Ai based matching of candidates along with actual %age score.  similarly Recruiter Box is great tab to have unique insight on history. Agency resume creation was definite plus.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBPM?**

they do do not app for android but we try to make do with their gmail and google chrome apps

I have had used many ATS/ CRM during my tenure at staffing. I found RecruitBPM easy to use and most featured rich. Best of all is time it saved my in client and consulting campaigns with level of automation this offered.

I was looking for easy to use CRM/ ATS with full back office.  and I think this was the best value with full features compared to some pricey options.

**What do you like best about RecruitBPM?**

Having years & years of experience as a staffing manager, I have been on the hunt for technologies to improve our hiring process. That’s when we started to use RecruitBPM applicant tracking system to handle our talent acquisition process. In the early years, we were on desktop ATS/ CRM to manage all our records including hiring as well. RecruitBPM has changed the whole scenario for us by streamlining our whole recruiting process. The best part I love about this applicant tracking system is its innovative integrations including job boards and email. It helps us to save the maximum of our time.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBPM?**

As per my experience with RecruitBPM I didn’t find any major disadvantages and setbacks. they can improve after hours customer service by being 24/7 agents but them ATS do not offer either.

RecruitBPM has definitely helped in speeding up our recruiting process. It has been of great help to us in increasing our outreach to a large number of candidates. Its good buy and perhaps best alternative to rather pricey alternatives out there.

Of many thanks my mot favorite was key integrations including job boards, QuickBooks and emails. It helps us to save the maximum of our time

RecruitBPM's Resume parsing and career portal integrations have been great. I also connect with existing and prospective clients, and within the application, I can communicate with contacts and company accounts. I also appreciate they have a Chrome extension which allows me to add contacts instantly through Email and/or LinkedIn

The page can be optimized further in my opinion, as I use it quite frequently it takes time processing pages.

RecruitBPM is a sound ATS, which is very affordable. It isn't perfect but for us, its been great for our recruiting and staffing work.

Well, the subscription plans are very affordable and the platform is configurable. So I can set email templates for client outreach, which has saved me a lot of time!! Also, I can keep track of activities and tasks that are on my end, so it's definitely helped my recruiting work.

The people at Recruit BPM are pleasant to work with, they're always looking to enhance their product, they're willing to customize to tailor our business needs, a product that we can continue to use as we grow, attractive price point for a small company, able to do some customization on our own, integrates with other tools we use including LinkedIn and Quickbooks.

the product could be more user friendly, there could better knowledge base in help section, no user guide

Since we use it on a daily basis, its helped to make our work more professional and structured by easily placing new jobs and shortlisting candidates. We can outreach candidates and clients through the platform too, which is really convenient!

We use RecruitBPM as our CRM, Applicant Tracking System and time and expense management.  We like it's sourcing tools and client and candidate marketing. Additionally we like ease of use and full workflow coverage from recruiting, placement and onboarding.

It's not dislike but I think they can do better job on online training

Its easy to use most cost effective staffing and recruiting software. I have had used many staffing software, found this user friendly so go far it if you are value buyer. I have used bull horn in he past and found RecruitBPM very comparable in features.

I would like to have unlimited more 1:1 sessions instead of only few per week.

Product is easy to use but ask them for advanced features like AI or Video Interviews. I made most use of their e-sign to get consent from candidates. and its part of package so we could make unlimited use. In my past jobs we used docusign with our ATS. so we could only send limited esigns with our ATS.

RecruitBPM is simple and easy to use product that helps us to source, track and place applicants. this helps us manage clients relations from CRM to marketing automation.
It has easy search tool so we can see the candidates who are already been contacted from our internal employees. The software is easy to navigate and easy to learn. It doesn’t require lot of training and there is multi layer of roles based on company needs.

Their after hours support is limited. I prefer 24/7 phone support

To us RecruitBPM ATS/ CRM offered  most cost effective alternative to big bucks products and they treat us and valued customers rather than treating customers based on their number of users. They have taken our request to customize products based on our needs.

It is great ATS/ CRM software to set up and track all the hiring processes and store all sales and recruiting data in the cloud.
