**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

The platform was intuitive enough that I learned it during the trial and, within about 6 weeks (vs. the 3 months we'd budgeted), confidently built out our 2025 historicals plus 2026 plans. Reps especially love being able to see commission splits, multi-year kickers, bonuses, different plan components, and forecast their earnings before month close.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

There's a small learning curve any time we set up a new use case, but support has been excellent, typically a quick Loom video back from the team and we're unblocked the same day. That's been the single biggest difference from our last tool.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous tool required a technical expert to make any plan change, which meant hours of back-and-forth before anything could actually ship. QuotaPath lets us make plan adjustments ourselves, gives reps real visibility into the math behind every payout, and the period-locking feature lets us change current plans without breaking historical data.

I started using QuotaPath this year, and it's been a game changer for me and my team. As an AE, I genuinely love using QuotaPath because it makes my attainment, payouts, and the entire commission process completely transparent. I can track my progress in real time and easily see detailed breakdowns of every deal, which removes all the guesswork. It’s hands down the best commission tracking software I’ve ever used, everything is clear, accurate, and accessible. Instead of stressing about what I’m owed or when I’ll be paid, I always have full visibility, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day peace of mind.

It solves the often major problem of confusing comp plans, hidden information, and the multitude of different systems—CRMs, ERPs, SISs, invoicing platforms, and other places where sales and payments are tracked—that reps often don’t have clear visibility into. It brings everything together for both the business and the sales professional, providing an easy snapshot of attainment, payouts, and financials, and it saves hundreds of man-hours throughout the fiscal year.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

Before QuotaPath, commissions lived in spreadsheets. I was manually calculating payouts, fielding questions, and double-checking everything every payroll cycle. It wasn’t scalable, especially as our team grew from 4 to 20+ reps. QuotaPath automated all of that. It’s easy to use and actually works the way it should. The UI is intuitive, the Salesforce integration is clean, and the visibility for reps is great. Also, support has been consistent. I’ve worked with the same CSM since day one.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

No major issues. Just a reminder that the simpler your comp plan is, the easier it is to set up and maintain … whether you’re using QuotaPath or anything else. Keep it clean.

QuotaPath has really reduced the time it takes to both calculate variable compensation owed to team members, and it reduces the time required to process the compensation within our payroll system compared to the manual spreadsheet process we had been running previously

I love how QuotaPath makes tracking my commissions super easy on a monthly basis. It gives me clear visibility into when I'm getting paid and on which deals. The UI is super easy for any sales or go-to-market professional to use, with clear breakouts of who's involved in each decision and what you're being paid on. The tool provides attainment to my overall number, not only for the quarter but for the year, all broken out and easy to consume without a ton of overlap. I also really appreciate how it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, reflecting any changes effortlessly. It’s definitely my favorite CPQ platform I've ever seen.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

I use QuotaPath to check my commission payment for the month as I close deals. Not having to crunch the numbers myself on what I'm going to be paid in commissions is really nice. I can forecast opportunities that aren't even closed yet and see what they would be worth from a commission standpoint. Being able to view my comp plan very quickly on a whim is great. Also being able to input current deals that I'm working on to see their commission payout is lovely. It's very motivational to see what I'm going to get paid for deals. It pushes me to close more. Setting up my account was damn near instantaneous. As a rep, I don't remember having to do anything to set it up. Just needed to sign my comp plan and I was good to go.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

Maybe once in a while a certain deal in my pipe doesn't show up. Not sure if that's a QuotaPath issue or something in my company's Salesforce issue.

The initial setup was very easy as well.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

The platform is very user-friendly—once you understand how to map your deals, managing them becomes incredibly straightforward. Integration with Hubspot is also seamless; it's so simple that even someone from finance can set it up and handle everything without needing IT support. The tracking capabilities are excellent, as the entire deal history is consolidated in one place, which is especially helpful if there are multiple payouts over time. When we encountered an issue of our own making that required immediate attention, customer support was extremely responsive through chat and even offered to jump on a call. Each interaction with customer service included a concise 3-5 minute video explaining the issue and possible solutions, which made it very easy for me to follow the troubleshooting steps.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

Reporting capabilities are still immature. While I can see the improvements over time, it does need some work.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, the finance team spent around 80 hours each quarter manually tracking multiple spreadsheets for all sales staff. This process was prone to errors, which could overpayments or underpayments to our representatives. We always want to reduce any risks to employee compensation. Additionally, the team had to dedicate several hours to manually reviewing, understanding, questioning, and resolving outstanding issues. Our sales reps also spent hours going through their own spreadsheets. Altogether, more than 100 hours per quarter were lost to inefficient tracking. Now, we've automated our data sources through our CRM and ERP systems, as well as the calculations and outputs. Our focus has shifted to ensuring the accuracy of data transfers, which allows us to trust the results.

If any of your sales reps have long-term compensation tied to their commission package, Quotapath will save you immense amounts of time.

They are a steady hand at figuring out how to most effectively input the plan designs we have come up with and have been available at a drop of a hat to assist. The team is friendly, the software is slick and it makes processing commissions a breeze.

The designs that we have created are pretty intricate; so while not a dig at QuotaPath, navigating unique circumstances in general has been pretty tough. But that is why having rock star account managers has made the process simple for me as a user!

Whenever I need a new field from our CRM it takes ~15 minutes for it to sync so this slows down the process of building out new plans in Quotapath.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

It makes our monthly commissions process a lot easier, gives us the ability to see what has happened in previous months and allows for us to create the plans as per our commissions structure within the company. It is very easy to use and with its integration with Hubspot I was able to create the plans that we needed, during the implementation phase we were very much supported by our account manager to ensure we had the structure that we wanted to set in place. They were very supportive throughout the onboarding process and even to this day whenever I have a query about the platform, their response rate is very good. Props to their solutions engineer team as they were always able to support and provide solutions to any issues I had with newly setup plans.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

What I dislike about Quotapath is that during the testing of the plans that I had created. It would take a bit of time for the data to flow into Quotapath whenever I made changes to the test deals.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our problem of monthly commissions management and the ease of knowing that the plan we had setup matches the correct commissions plan we wanted, without feeling that we need to double check everything even though we do anyways. This benefits us as it allows for the team to spend less time managing the monthly commissions process and more so on other things we need to do. 

No manual use of spreadsheets, double checking whether this deal was assigned to a sales member, as it used the Hubspot integration where all info was correct, great interface that allowed us to seamlessly do our month end ops every time.

I love how QuotaPath automates commission tracking by connecting with close.io, saving me 10 to 20 hours a month. I also appreciate the feature that showcases earnings over the month and the ability to build and save diverse commission structures. Additionally, it organizes everything into one place and provides reps with clear visibility of their earnings for the month.

I find the syncing process to be time-consuming and it's annoying to have to constantly resync. Additionally, setting up custom fields and integration with Close.io requires a developer, which can be bothersome.

QuotaPath automates commission tracking, saving me 10-20 hours monthly by integrating with my sales platform. It organizes all structures in one place, offering my team clear earning projections, which enhances efficiency.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

I love that I finally have clarity about my commissions without having to ask every week. Everything is visual, well organized and updates itself. I can see how I'm doing in real time, and that motivates me a lot. Also, it saves me time because I don't have to go around doing math and checking spreadsheets all day long.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

Sometimes the calculations take a while to be reflected when there are changes in the plan, and that can cause confusion if you are following your commissions closely. I also feel that some functions are not so clear at first; it took me a while to get a good understanding of how to adjust certain details. It's not serious, but it could be more intuitive.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to keep my commissions in an Excel spreadsheet and there were always errors or doubts. With QuotaPath I no longer have to guess how much I am going to charge or if something was miscalculated. Everything is there, clear, up-to-date, and it gives me peace of mind to know how I'm doing on my goals without having to chase the finance team. It helps me focus more on selling and less on doing the math.

QuotaPath promised to simplify the commission process by offering a tool that is straightforward to implement. This was true  but not without the amazing help of Sam LeFebre, the CS manager assigned to us. QuotaPath lets you build components of a comp plan that can then be used over other comp plans making builds fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

Sometimes QuotaPath can be slow to update which took a bit to get used to. It's their top priority to fix. It would be great if there were little info pop ups when designing a plan, to let you know what the impact of a field is.

**What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spreadsheets were complicated and time consuming. 
Reps didn't have visibility into the deals that drove the payout.

This tool is extremely useful because it allows us to add and analyze information about our company, allowing us to see, through graphs and visual cards, the advantages and disadvantages of our finances, and also to view the income or expenses we have. I am very happy because it is a very complete, useful and easy-to-understand tool.

If we want to touch on a negative point it could be the part about the free time, because it has so many things it is very little to understand and use everything, at least to be able to use and visualize the system well, the integration process can also be a little complicated or complex to be able to take but little by little it is less complex.

We have had different problems, when it comes to analyzing finances, constantly growing can cause problems, when it comes to auditing and then this system will allow us, through integration, to send the information and view it graphically or better yet, linearly, in this way we can understand how we are.

I love the consistent updates from our CRM to QP. It makes it incredibly easy for our sales staff to confirm where their commissions are at. 
The set up and integration was super easy! It was wonderful to work with Sam and have an expert available to answer all of our questions. His customer support has been fantastic! 
Our finance team and sales reps use QP on a regular basis and the functions to communicate within QP are absolutely perfect. No more trying to find little bits of conversation across all our systems!

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

Honestly, I love QuotaPath. I think the only thing that is a little difficult was the upgrade to the new plan view. (It did happen the week before our implementation which made a difference). But I love that QP provides regular training, videos, how-to's etc to ensure their clients are able to work confidently with all new updates.

We had a nightmare of a problem keeping our commission data up to date and accurate across all boards as it was an extremely manual process. QP has made that process simpler, quicker, and much more accurate.

The only thing that Quotapath could do better is multi currency within the instance to handle both USD and CAD in the same ledger.

**What do you like best about QuotaPath?**

Every time I log into QP, I am always shocked at the ease of use. Historically I have used a competitor and it would take weeks to implement new plans. In QuotaPath, I can have a brand new plan designed and ready to go in a single day. And in the few instances where I've had questions and needed to reach out to support, they are extremely quick to answer (sometimes within 10 minutes) and there is this super handy chat function available right in QP interface instead of having to wait to send an emailed ticket. Honestly, the Support Team alone deserves 5 stars. Having come from a competitor where it would take sometimes 3-5 business days to hear back on an issue, I could not be more impressed with the level of service I am getting with QP.

There are a couple things that would be great to have added as features, including a full version of a "view-as" user mode. It is possible to see what a user sees from a reporting perspective, but not a full view of what they see at login.

QuotaPath is an exceptional platform that offers the flexibility to accommodate both simple and complex compensation models. The QuotaPath team has been outstanding—responsive, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. This is less of a dislike and more of a consideration for future development. On the administrative side, there are a few areas that could benefit from refinement. While the modeling capability shows great promise and is highly exciting, it has not yet reached its full potential in terms of practical usability.

Previously, we relied on spreadsheets, which made it challenging to adapt to plans that aligned with our stakeholders' strategic initiatives. QuotaPath is super useful for this tracking sales quotas. Being able to see exactly what is paid out, when, and why is super helpful.

The only *downside" is the amount of information contained in QuotaPath. It is so data rich, it is sometimes difficult to find what you're looking for.

I love the ease of use and the constant updates to functionality to make things easier.  The customer support and overall team has been extremely helpful in making sure I can be fully functional on my own.  The system caught a few mistakes that we had manually done when uploading historic comp and essentially paid for itself.  It has cut down on my processing time by nearly 50% and the integrations have given visibility to our team that they never had before.

**What do you dislike about QuotaPath?**

There are still a few things in the UI that are not perfect and the syncing from SF can be slow.  Other than that, I have very little things to dislike about the system

Automation of a complex commission plan - cutting down on manual tasks and mistakes - giving transparency to the sales and leadership team for earned commission - the ability to keep all incetivized employees in one place
