What stands out most is how intuitive it is for organizing and distributing content across sales teams. It makes it easy to centralize marketing assets and ensure reps always use the most up-to-date materials. The tracking capabilities are also a strong advantage, you can see how prospects engage with shared content (views, time spent, interactions), which adds real value for follow-ups and prioritization.
Another highlight is the ability to create personalized content streams or microsites, which significantly improves the buyer experience and makes outreach feel more tailored.
From an operational standpoint, the platform is something that can be used on a daily basis without friction, whether for sharing content, tracking engagement, or preparing outreach, which increases adoption across teams. Customer support is also a strong point: responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented when it comes to resolving issues or guiding best practices.

**What do you dislike about Paperflite?**

While the platform is powerful, customization can feel somewhat limited depending on use case, especially when trying to adapt content experiences to very specific branding or complex workflows. The UI, although clean, may require some onboarding for new users to fully leverage advanced features.

**What do you like best about Paperflite?**

I find Paperflite really beneficial for content management. We have a lot of case studies, white papers, and customer references that we create and upload on Paperflite for the wider team to use. We have about 40 to 50,000 documents together, including marketing material and post videos, and all this content is managed on Paperflite. The wider teams can access it, and we can also share it with customers. I particularly like the ease of sharing, which is one of the best features, and the ability to send bulk emails after connecting the inbox, which helps me share a lot of content with customers effortlessly. The setup process was very easy, thanks to the dedicated account manager and technical person from their team who assisted with it.

**What do you dislike about Paperflite?**

I don't see areas for improvement at this point of time, but if there is a way to integrate our Salesforce CRM, that would be great.

**What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperflite solves our content management needs by allowing us to upload and share a vast number of documents internally and with customers, giving wider team access. It eases content sharing and enables bulk emailing for seamless customer communication.

Paperflite is an excellent tool for consolidating a wide range of informational materials into a single, organized platform for sharing. After some use, it becomes very quick and easy to use. The platform enables users to create eye-catching, professional-looking content quickly, without requiring significant time. The engagement insights and feedback provided are highly valuable, offering useful visibility into how receivers interact with the materials.

There are some clunky aspects, but nothing major. Being able to easily edit the style of text needs work.

**What do you like best about Paperflite?**

I really don't have anything I like about it. Their page to login is cute with the fisherman, I guess.

**What do you dislike about Paperflite?**

I don't find Paperflite particularly amazing. The search function is not good, and I often struggle to search and find what I'm looking for. I don't use the search function at all because it doesn't give me the results I am looking for. I'm also confused about the difference between a personalized link and an anonymous one when sharing documents. Using the Outlook add-in wasn't easy for finding documents either. It might be due to internal issues like not tagging documents properly, but it feels like Paperflite is insufficient in these areas.

**What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I retrieve marketing collateral from Paperflite, but it doesn't solve any problems for me. The search function isn’t effective, making it hard to find what I need.

**What do you like best about Paperflite?**

What I like best about Paperflite is how professional and interactive it makes our content look without being complicated to build. It’s very easy to use, even for team members who aren’t particularly tech-savvy. The interface is clean and intuitive, and creating shareable content hubs or microsites doesn’t require much training.

It’s also great from a branding perspective - everything looks polished and consistent. The analytics are a big plus too. Being able to see who has viewed content, how long they’ve engaged with it, and what they’ve clicked on gives us valuable insight into prospect behaviour.

Implementation was smoother than expected, and it integrates well with our existing workflows. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance.

**What do you dislike about Paperflite?**

At times, certain customisation options can feel a little limited depending on how specific you want your layout or design to be. It’s not restrictive, but if you’re trying to achieve something very bespoke, you may need to work within the platform’s structure.

**What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperflite solves the problem of sending scattered attachments and links via email that are hard to track and don’t present well. Instead of multiple PDFs and URLs, we can send one central, branded link that houses everything in one place.

This has significantly improved how we present our services and proposals to clients. It creates a much stronger first impression and makes it easier for prospects to understand our offering. The built-in analytics also help us follow up more strategically, as we can see what content has been viewed and tailor conversations accordingly.

Overall, it’s improved our sales communication, streamlined content sharing, and given us better visibility into engagement - all while being easy to implement and use regularly.

**What do you like best about Paperflite?**

I like the truly intuitive and very visual interface of Paperflite, as it makes it easy for the sales teams to find the materials they need without any challenge. I appreciate how we can customize presentations to suit meetings without the need for additional software. The usage tracking of shared files is also quite valuable, allowing our sales team to see what topics the receiver is genuinely interested in. Additionally, the interface is much more user-friendly than the, and it synchronizes seamlessly with our SharePoint. The setup was very easy thanks to the support teams at Paperflite doing most of the work.

**What do you dislike about Paperflite?**

I think the AI search sometimes needs pretty specific questions to give an answer. It would be nice if it understood what we were looking for more often, maybe improve the LLM?

**What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Paperflite to keep our sales team updated with the newest marketing materials in an easy-to-navigate interface that syncs with SharePoint. It's intuitive and visual, allowing customization of presentations and tracking of shared files to see what interests the receiver.

**What do you like best about Paperflite?**

I love the user interface on Paperflite. It's really quick, simple, and easy to use. It makes my experience really easy and allows me to get projects done very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Paperflite?**

I find the sorting feature a little bit tricky to use. When I add lots of photos (e.g. 40-60), I have to scroll down and up again, so it becomes very tedious. It would be great to be able to reduce the images to small thumbnail size to resort. Also, the uploading can be slow as well. Sometimes I've uploaded a set of photos and it just won't save for some reason.

I find Paperflite user-friendly and quick for compiling and sharing portfolios, making it super easy to share with customers.

I love using Paperflite as our centralized content hub for all our sales activities because it keeps everything in place without any bullshit when it comes to updates and reviews of where a deal might be. It positions us fantastically well to provide the best insight I've seen in a sales tool, bar none! I appreciate being able to see who is interacting with our content and find it particularly useful to know the time people spend on the content, as it shows who not to waste time chasing. The initial setup is extremely easy with no fluff—just add your content and edit or update as needed.

**What do you like best about Paperflite?**

I like how Paperflite helps me keep a lot of different resources organized in one place, instead of having tons of attachments to emails that can be easily lost or overlooked. I really appreciate the customization features, especially being able to add my customer's logo and personalize each site. This makes resources appear more personal to my customer, rather than being branded for my company or for Paperflite. The instructional videos were helpful when I was getting started. I would definitely recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10 because it's a simple but impactful resource.

**What do you dislike about Paperflite?**

I had one issue with videos loading incorrectly, but I reached out to their customer service and they fixed it for me. Also, there was a bit of a learning curve, but they have instructional videos that were helpful.

Our work has never looked this professional since we started using paperflite and the friendly interface makes it easy to use for any team in our business. We use paperflite every day with our clients and winning new leads with our amazing set up.

I love how easy it is to create professional, fun, modern-looking presentations collections to share with clients. I use these for both in-person and Teams presentations. They are impactful and easy to clients to digest.

I have issues with our search features. We have lots of images, docs, etc...that I need to access quickly. I usually have to dig through quite a bit of files before I find what I'm looking for even after I've entered the exact name of the file into search.

Ease of use on the platform. It is very user friendly. You don't have to be an expert to create professional looking presentations.

**What do you like best about Paperflite?**

Paperflite allowed us to centralize all of our content for 2 different brands we use into one central HUB.  Distributing this content to prospects and clients was incredibly simple, and it looks very clean.  Its not incredibly complex, which is a good thing, because for a Digital Sales Room and Content Hub you dont need a million settings/options to sift through.  But the true win here for them is one of the best support and onboarding processes I have ever been a part of.  Mithra and team went above and beyond to ensure we knew exactly how to use their system, and their onboarding process is top tier, pacing was incredible, and they genuinely care about you finding success using their platform.  One of the best experiences we've had with any marketing tool by far.

**What do you dislike about Paperflite?**

We did not originally like how the default Deal Room configuration was setup, it was not possible to change these settings, it was by design.  

We told Mithra about this concern, she got the development team on it and they changed our deal room default configuration to align with what we wanted.  

Honestly, cannot recommend this product and their process enough.  They go above and beyond, and at the price they offer compared to other platforms, we got incredible value.

We always had decent tracking via Hubspot on our content distribution, their content tracking takes that a step further with deeper analysis of time spent on each asset.  Best part for us was the clean distribution.  

Meet with a prospect, cover X topics, Demo and record > Create Personalized Collection > Add Existing HUB content on Topics discussed and attach Demo Recording > Send to Prospect.  

They have everything we've covered from the intro to the demo in one place and its incredibly easy for them to access.

I don't have anything off the top of my head. I wish there was a way to potentially see better analytics on bigger files shared to see what pages they spent the most time on.

I like Paperflite's ability to share documentation in one place, and it's also very user-friendly. It's a one-stop-shop repository for saving and storing documentation for both internal and external use. This helps streamline the vehicles we use to disseminate documents and information for customers. The initial setup was pretty easy once we figured out the availability of licenses or seats, making it relatively easy to get onboarded.

It's hard to organize due to the lack of folder structures and the inability to customize, from the customer side is something that I find is lacking.

It's pretty to look at, and is aesthetically pleasing.

Honestly, many things. Paperflite typically makes my job a bit more challenging, as the search features are not intuitive, there are completely unnecessary popups all the time ("we've made improvements!", chat bot stuff, AI fluff that we don't use), and I rarely find what I need without digging.

Supposedly it keeps all of our data in one place, but I typically am not able to find the info that I need.

I find it to be an excellent tool for sharing material with customers as it provides insights into what customers have spent time on and how many times they have studied something specific. The sharing function with customers is especially valuable. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

I love how easy Paperflite is to use, especially since our sales team mostly consists of technology-challenged individuals. The platform is easy to download and share content on. I also like the tracking reports because they help the company see which content interests our target audience. Uploading marketing artwork to the platform is quick, and within minutes, our reps have the materials they need. There are no hassles with the initial setup, which made everything straightforward for us.

Paperflite is the best way to organize marketing materials for sharing with customers and sales teams. It allows us to customize by use and region to ensure everyone is getting exactly what they need. It was also really easy to setup and implement for the entire team. I use the software weekly and am always able to get what I need very easily.

The reporting features could be more user-friendly and I don't know how but something to help give more direction on which experience would be bet given what collateral is in any given collection would great versus a lot of trial and error.

We initially started using Paperflite for our Middle of Funnel team for customized content organization and distribution. We have not yet taken much advantage of the Deal Room but need to. Something new we are kicking off next month is custom collections that correspond to all of our conferences for the rest of the year. We’re a certified B Corp dedicated to reducing our conference carbon footprint with a digital-first approach and Paperflite is the tool enabling us to do just that.

The admin reports could be better. We want to see what content salespeople are sending, how many opportunities and wins that's driving. It would be helpful to see the name o the person who sent it, the content they sent, and GP from the opportunity/win, and their division. Also, we've had many technical issues. We've had an issue for months where the homepage doesn't load in our CRM and salespeople have to click around so it'll load.

The G Drive sync causes some headaches with permissions, ownership, and trying to maintain a document library.
