**What do you like best about Outplay?**

I like that we're able to get more meetings with current workflows using Outplay, which leads to more sales. The process of automating outreach and creating a structured workflow is very helpful. I'd rate the setup ease at a 4 out of 5, indicating it was quite easy to get started with Outplay.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

I dislike the bugs, specifically with the multidialer, which has lots of problems. I wish it actually worked.

I use Outplay to automate outreach and create a structured workflow, helping us set more meetings and drive more sales.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

They get incredible support and develop products every day. I love how easy it is to interact with it. Now, you can connect with even more potential customers across all platforms than ever before.

What I like most about Replay is the way it lists the tasks to be completed in order. This allows you to send tons of pre-made and customizable templates very quickly and easily.
Best part? Everything is logged to Pipedrive using the built-in Outplay integration. This gives you a general idea of ​​what's going on in every deal while maintaining contact details between sales representatives.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

The learning curve for setting up the software was a bit tricky. Triggers and sequences are stored in strange places, making testing difficult. There were also some problems with the integrated part of the Pipedrive. All of these were little more than minor inconveniences.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outplay is a must-have. It's not just another "nice to have". Few products address true pain in this borderless, remote economy. Outplay is one of the companies solving this problem. In terms of a pure growth mindset, there should be no other reason for this journey.
Usually, when a founder gets his timing, skills, and aspirations right, his ego gets the better of him, and he tends to mess things up by ignoring the team's growth and treating it as mere numbers. and people. You can always replace them.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

The onboarding was smooth, and the interface looked promising. The trial version worked well and didn’t expose the deeper issues we later encountered. At first glance, it felt like a polished and capable platform, which made us hopeful about using it long-term.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

At the beginning of the year, we purchased a subscription to start using the platform. In the end, we lost a huge amount of time and money due to their buggy software. The customer service is terrible — extremely slow responses and no real help. They don’t acknowledge their own issues and refuse to issue refunds. It honestly feels like a scam.

Even after canceling the subscription (which had to be done outside of their platform), we’re still receiving invoices and receipts.

Absolutely do not recommend.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

We've mainly used the email sequence features and have been very happy with those. In particular, the ability to do A/B testing on messages has helped us improve our open, click and response rates. We use Pipedrive as our CRM, and the integration between the two platforms is solid. In general, we have found Outplay easy to use and easy to implement. Our sales team uses Outplay all the time. It is a critical part of our standard sales motions. We've also been very pleased with support. Any time we have had a question or needed help, they've assisted us quickly.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Our main use of Outplay has been around emails. I'd like to see more email creation tools - such as easy integration of Google fonts. Right now, we design our emails in another platform and then bring the HTML into Outplay. That works well, but it would be nice to be able to do more design work within Outplay itself.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an early stage startup and a small team. Outplay allows us to prospect and engage with our customers and leads in a very efficient manner.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

The deliverability on Outplay is great. We have been performing greatly with Outplay and the calling feature is great too. 
The choice of numbers for various countries does help us make the job much easier. Power dialer is also a great feature to use.
Customer support team is also great and responds timely in most of the situations.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

There are bugs that we do come across most of the times across the system especially with filters or reporting, which we escalate to the customer support team immediately and then they have to get in to fixing them. 
A lot more additional features need to be included, especially would be excited to see the custom reporting feature which would help the customers unlock a lot of data analysis.
Would be looking forward to see much needed feature developments for better data tracking and reporting.

Outplay is helping us reach out to our target personas using multiple channels like calls and emails using a single platform.

Been an Outplay user for several years now.  Really appreciate how the product continues to evolve and improve.  The Outplay team is really open to feedback and suggestions.  The Support Team is also really responsive.  Use Crelate for my ATS, and love how well Outplay integrates with it.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

While there are enhancements I'd still like them to make I can't say there is a downside.

As an executive search firm we engage in cold email outreach as well as keeping in contact with past candidates and clients.  Sequences are really easy to build and based on the integration with Crelate, assigning people to those sequences is a breeze.

What I most like about Outplay is its ease of use. At our company, we are 20 AEs and SDRs using it for sales engagement and outreach. We all work collaboratively and compare the details.

Sometimes if you discard the campaign the tasks still show in the dashboard which is frustrating

1. ABM campaigns - I can effectively create and run my multi-step campaigns and A/B test them to understand what works and what does not.
2. Collaboration - I work collaboratively with my SDRs to navigate through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
3. Reporting - To be up to date on reply rate, view rate, and open rate to compare what works.
4. Triggers and suggestions - To get suggestions based on email opens and any action taken by prospect

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

I like most the excellent client service. The response time is always immediate, and the consultants point me in the right direction. They are always willing to dig deeper into complicated issues, even though we are small business with only one sales executive; hence only one Oneplay license for USD 99 monthly. 
Outplay was recommended to us by a highly rated Salesforce-only consulting firm that knows all the solutions in the market. The integration with Salesforce and outlook works well.
There is a wealth of opportunities, hence it is up to us to make the most of them.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Apparently, the email template could offer more opportunities for the layout including more font types. It is better than our Salesforce template though.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the most of our email outreach and helping us to be productive with for example the sales sequence designs. 
It benefits us with higher productivity and better outcomes. 
We work in the higher end of the B-to-B market, where sales and relationship professionals are conservative. With Outplay, we have gained an edge in our market.

you don't have to spend all day drowning in emails. Outplay can handle that stuff for you, like scheduling and follow-ups

I've heard some people say it can be a bit tricky to set up all the automations and stuff. Like, it might take some time to really get the hang of it.

Outplay can make scheduling calls a breeze. No more back-and-forth emails trying to find a time that works for everyone.

Outplay is simple to implement and powerful enough to let you automate tons of outbound processes...SMS, email, dials - when I was using this, I was able to closely replicate automations I had running in HubSpot, which is pretty impressive. We used this every day, easily integrated it with our processes and their customer support was always top notch.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

No real downside during my time with them. They were always extremely helpful, and a great alternative to the more expensive CRMs out there.

We were looking to replace HubSpot/Pipedrive for our outreach efforts and this was a great alternative.

Outplay has integration with CRMs that other sales enablement platforms do not have. Also, the team is always helpful and responds quick, therefore your integration process can be very efficient, even if you are not an expert in tech.

Some of the fields show the raw values as dictionaries, for instance {id:"1234", territory:"US"}, which decreases a bit the user experience, but still it is a good product and all the time is under development.

Outplay is very easy to navigate and use. As an outbound sales-person, Outplay makes my day-to-day activities easier to navigate, such as task assignments, and running multiple sequences.

Though Outplay's customer support is helpful, I felt they are more reactive than proactive. If I raise a ticket, I have to follow up with them rather than them coming back to me on the given date.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Easy to use, simple interface, and probably the best customer support I've experinced. We've tried multiple platforms with our clients and Outplay is by far the one that has been the easiest to implement and adopt across multiple orginizations.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

There is not much to not like. The mapping to SFDC can be a bit cumbersome if you do not know what you are doing. In the trial period I can see how this can get people messed up... but best practice would be to not connect to SFDC until you know what you are doing and how you want to map fields/objects.

Outplay is the best tool we have found for email sequencing by far.

Sequencing is super easy and UI is also good to track the sequence status.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Users dont get any notification about the sequence failure they need to login to check everytime. 

Also there should be option to generate report with the following outcomes
Total Prospect add to seq out of which how many ( Replied,Open,Bouned,Opt Out Failed)

I was a former Outreach user at a previous company, and I found the user experience to be similar. The support has been very good. Tamiz is great and always helpful when I have any questions. I greatly appreciate the support!

Outplay helps us run our outbound email campaigns. We are able to organize potential prospects into the correct sequences. With sequeces we can set up schedules and then track open rates and booked meetings. 

We can reach our target market with the right messaging by using Outplay and analyzing data from it.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Outplay is a great automated tool, I won't say it's very easy to use initially but once you configure the campaign it's very easy and very efficient.  The best thing about this tool is you can easily import a larger database of  CSV files and you can set it up according to your requirement. The best thing is when you start configuring the tool itself will give you suggestions. Once you set up a cycle of which date and time the email should deliver and with the template it will deliver seamlessly with huge database too and in the side section you can see your task too and you will get reminder as well incase you forgot to follow up or call your prospects.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

It's not dislike but yeah configuration is not very easy initially you need to practice a bit to understand the tool but it's a great tool once you understand.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outplay is basically solving problems for marketing or any sort of webinar to email campaign you are doing for your new launch product of software and you wanted to send an invitation to let's say more than 1000+ customers so it's a very time taking process but in outplay, you just need to configure and you are good to go. I am in cloud sales and it's benefitting me in every aspect especially while generating leads, building piepleines

Their product is really good and exactly what we needed to get the job done easier and faster but I want to shine more light to their customer service - their crown jewel is their people. They take care of us as if we are their only client and gets us the help we need 10/10.

Delay in posting responses and sometimes not seeing the most recent response on the top so it is sometimes difficult to find the newest responses.

Outplay helps us in connecting to as much prospects without putting in work and time for it. We can reach out to more than 200 people a day in few clicks and that's what saves us money, time and resources.

Outplay is what I utilise for outbound sales. I recently changed from Outreach and Lusha.io. It offers enough analytics to let you monitor your sales progress. You may see in real time how prospects are responding to your emails using the tasks dashboard.

The technology is useful since sales representatives can execute specific campaigns and obtain those results. Another benefit of Outplay is its ability to make outbound calls to any country's phone numbers in any location, leave voicemails, and then seamlessly integrate with CRM systems to log the calls.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Their customer service, in my opinion, might be improved. We occasionally reach a consensus and they decide against getting back to us. Also, the dashboard as a whole providing insights into the effectiveness of the campaigns has to be redesigned.

Since we are a new company, we mainly rely on outbound leads. When emailing potential clients, we employ outplay. The customer calling option is fantastic, and they enable voice mail sharing with the push of a button. We can further maintain track of consumers by using the tagging tool to determine who we should contact again and who we shouldn't.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Sequence creation is very helpful to automate workload. Lead section for contact research makes outreach a lot faster. Meeting scheduler facilitates contact with customer by eliminating a lot of nack and forth. You can also select how you want to sync the tool with your CRM or other tools you may be using.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

It doesn't register the responses you get from each email that is being sent, it would be nice to have a type of inbox where you can also respond to emails from the app or at least connect to outlook's app to record all communications with a contact and not have to go to your email in the browser.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different workflows and email campaigns that are being sent across the team are easier to send from Outplay, also it helps have a clearer database in our CRM because we don't have to add the contact to the CRM first in order to be able to add it to Outplay. It also helps us manage different inboxes our team uses or send these campaigns from those different alias. It also keeps track of opportunities related to each contact so it can give us a better idea of how successful those campaigns are.

I've gone through a TON of different CRMs trying to find something that would "do it all" for my sales team. You would be surprised at how few have anywhere near a "capable" workflow automation playform. Outlpay does that and more. I cut my teeth on another platform (that I won't mention here - but let's just say they love the flywheel) and when it became too expensive for us to use, I searched high and low for a platform that would carry out the same automations that I was using before and kept coming up short until I found Outplay. Easy to use, tons of integrations, you don't have to pay for the number of contacts you bring in...I would recommend Outplay to any Marketing or Sales Team.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

This sounds like a cop-out but there's really not anything that I dislike about the platform. I looked around forever to find something comparable to what I was using before and this ticked all of my boxes.

Outplay is allowing us to import contacts from Pipedrive automatically and hit them with automated SMSs, emails, calls etc. without having to pay for additional contacts etc. It's allowing our sales team to become more agile.

Outplay helps me organize my day-to-day activities and helps me focus on what's important. Identifying the low-hanging fruits(prospects), that need attention with a range of triggers on different actions by the prospects makes it easier.
Without this I wouldn't know who I need to talk to, and how I can boost my productivity.

Even though it has some great features, a few aspects of it still need to be improved. Reporting isn't all that accurate, and given that this is our only source of truth it becomes difficult to track important KPI for the team.

We've looked at many sales tools. Outplay provides so much functionality to help us effectively close and manage our deals. We were able to integrate it into our engineering & marketing stack as well.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

The UX in outplay is left to be desired but it's obvious they're working on it. 

-We can't easily connect opps, contacts, and accounts. It takes many steps but it's manageable
-In order for us to take full advantage of outplay, we needed to use their API which was challenging. Their docs are not great but again - manageable.
-Lastly, there are fundamental issues with basic UI elements. After you do something, you'll need to refresh the screen or navigate to a different page to see your item actually take effect.

All of these things to say - I do not believe you'll find a more comprehensive product anywhere. Once you get used to the quirks, you'll soon find this is the best sales engagement platform available.

Outplay's multi-channel sequence builder is top-notch, and the tool's easy-to-use calling function and tracking features make connecting with qualified leads a breeze.Tthe user interface is ridiculously simple. If something is not doable with current features, the support team also shares the workarounds.

Yes, I encounter numerous glitches and issues. "I sent it to the dev team... ill let you know when we have an update" is a common response. Not very useful, and I don't always get the update.

Making me more productive, helping me remember what to do, when, and to whom to respond, and keeping me from doing the same thing twice. We use it to automate emails. They are still adding features, so if you compare it to other software, you might find some differences.

Not much to talk about, but would love to see more features to the platform. Some form of AI on the system would be a game changer. Having recommendations to sequencing setup or perhaps nudges to users on what could improvise workflows would be a great addition.

I use Outplay for Outbound Sales. I recently switched from Lusha.io and Outreach ..It provides sufficient analytics that allow you track your sales performance. The tasks dashboard allows you to understand how prospects are engaging with your emails in real-time.

sales repst can run custom campaigns and get those responses within the tool is good.  And one more good thing about Outplay is  Outbound calling to any countries phone numbers in any geography, leave voice messages and then seamless integration with CRM system for logging the calls.

To start with a clean and simple UI, it is so easy to create a sequence and then import all your prospects in the sequence. The calling feature is another superb feature , using which you call customers anytime

At times filters do not work properly, even after putting "Me" filter to see only my sequence it shows all the sequence. I need to refresh page to just filter out my sequences
