An inbuilt template for multi brand and multi language support would have been ideal. **What problems is MineOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We reduced our DSR request completion rate from a week to well within a day.We automated most of the manual triage work and checks and requests which meet a certain completion criteria are executed automatically. ### 2. It has made understanding our DSAR process so much more than ever before. Update - 5/28/2024 Customer support has been spectacular. Rio Blue has been wonderful in keeping up with us, providing product updates, and assisting us in making progress towards our DSAR goals. **What do you dislike about MineOS?** Currently there is only one thing I do not like about the MineOS. Their value proposition for the time it says you and your teams is unquestionable.
