MineOS Reviews & Product Details

The most helpful thing about MineOS is the automation aspect of privacy requests. After an initial setup we no longer have to worry about any manual chasing of records for our customers who wish to have their data removed from our systems. The support has been amazing, walking us along each step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I, honestly, cannot think about an aspect of this platform that has not delivered for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, saves manual work, and gives you a clear picture of what’s going on without having to dig through different tools or spreadsheets. The team is also great to work with, responsive, helpful, and genuinely open to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s honestly not much I dislike. Sometimes the main challenge is simply getting the team aligned and focused around the different tasks and workflows. MineOS does provide ways to simplify and manage this within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to automate Data Subject Request handling is a big win, reducing manual effort significantly. Native API integrations that automatically detect PII make compliance much more manageable. The platform offers a web-based dashboard that allows teams to manage server instances, DSR workflows, and configurations from a single interface, making it accessible even for non-technical users. Autopilot feature further boosts performance by automating request processing without manual intervention. MineOS provides implementation support during onboarding and rollout, helping us configure templates, workflows, and integrations smoothly. The price is also justified and was was the most affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are certain bugs which come up from time to time. An inbuilt template for multi brand and multi language support would have been ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MineOS is easy to navigate. The Privacy Form is a great setup and works well for our business. The help received from the Team has been fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some limitations to the system - for example, the way attachments must be added, internal team delegation and re-assignment, ticket internal usage is limited, setting fields/attributes/tags is limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our account rep, Rio, is very clear on what features do, how to implement them, and how they'll support our business. Implementing the features is also very clear and easy and works with many of our current systems. The AI also makes implementing features quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing is a bit unclear, but from our comparison it's inline with competitorsl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find MineOS great for systems with available integrations. It's quick and easy to forward requests that come through email and to put things on autopilot. I really value the support from the MineOS team, and the data subject requests tool is something I use the most, especially for putting tasks on autopilot and downloading CSV files, even though I have to do a few manual deletions. The setup was quite simple, largely thanks to the great sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like a way to see what the error is without having to go into each of the records. That would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about MineOS is their customer service and overall availability. The team is highly responsive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist, which makes a real difference in day-to-day use. Whether it’s resolving issues, answering questions, or providing guidance, their support feels reliable and efficient. It creates a strong sense of partnership rather than just a vendor relationship. This level of engagement gives confidence that any challenges will be addressed quickly and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside is that MineOS still feels like a startup in certain aspects of its product maturity. There are times when it seems the focus is on releasing new features rather than refining and stabilizing existing ones. This can occasionally impact consistency and overall user experience. I would prefer to see more emphasis on quality, polish, and reliability before expanding the feature set further. Strengthening this area would significantly improve confidence in the platform long term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

they exhibit true innovative approach, client-oriented and real professionals in their field. over the years, we have added more features used from their offering, and their evolvement was amazing. the product provides very good suite of assets allowing me as DPO to have better controls over privacy in the company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing, to be honest. i have not came across anything that i was not pleased with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to use, with a very friendly UI. The support and onboarding are hands-on and genuinely helpful. The system is customizable, but not so much that it becomes overwhelming, unlike some other platforms. The AI features are helpful but not too heavy handed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’d love to see deeper integration between the RoPA and other assessments. It’s possible to connect everything, but it still takes a bit of manual work. That said, it’s very easy to use overall, so this doesn’t hinder things much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
