I find the account manager of MineOS extremely responsive and helpful, especially during the setup period. This level of support is crucial as it provides clarity and direction in establishing effective customer flows. The interface of MineOS is also intuitive and user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate and operate. Additionally, I greatly value the capability to customize privacy forms, as this flexibility allows for seamless integration of processes within our teams. The setup process was straightforward due to the detailed plan provided and the ability to discuss and quickly resolve any questions in just one meeting. I find the hard-coded integrations in MineOS could be enhanced for better functionality. Additionally, the time required for customizing privacy forms is more than I would prefer, indicating a potential area for improvement in terms of efficiency and user-friendliness. I find MineOS great for systems with available integrations. It's quick and easy to forward requests that come through email and to put things on autopilot. I really value the support from the MineOS team, and the data subject requests tool is something I use the most, especially for putting tasks on autopilot and downloading CSV files, even though I have to do a few manual deletions.
