Super easy to use, with a very friendly UI. The support and onboarding are hands-on and genuinely helpful. The system is customizable, but not so much that it becomes overwhelming, unlike some other platforms. The AI features are helpful but not too heavy handed.

I find MineOS great for systems with available integrations. It's quick and easy to forward requests that come through email and to put things on autopilot. I really value the support from the MineOS team, and the data subject requests tool is something I use the most, especially for putting tasks on autopilot and downloading CSV files, even though I have to do a few manual deletions. The setup was quite simple, largely thanks to the great sales team.
