I find the account manager of MineOS extremely responsive and helpful, especially during the setup period. This level of support is crucial as it provides clarity and direction in establishing effective customer flows. The interface of MineOS is also intuitive and user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate and operate. Additionally, I greatly value the capability to customize privacy forms, as this flexibility allows for seamless integration of processes within our teams. The setup process was straightforward due to the detailed plan provided and the ability to discuss and quickly resolve any questions in just one meeting. With its Radar feature MineOS was able to help identify different products or sites the end users might be utilizing, making it easier to govern and properly assess our environment.
