**What do you like best about Mifiel?**

the way it allows you to manage the documents you sent for signature, as well as the way to track the signature; to be able to send reminders, delete or other actions

**What do you dislike about Mifiel?**

It tends to be a bit complicated to synchronize with other apps, as you must specify the parameters well to be able to feed one from the other, because if you don't, it stores the information incorrectly.

**What problems is Mifiel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with the sending of terms and conditions to the clients once they fill out the required documents; if they complete the form, the contracts are automatically sent.
