Customer service keeps repeating that it is "non-compliant" and refuses any refund or commercial gesture. Sometimes I need to move contacts from one list to another and the best solution would be to merge two lists. We have segmented the email id based on location, recent signup, onboarding required and payment pending status. **What do you dislike about Mailjet?** We have taken the intial plan of 15 dollar/month which provides 15,000 emails in a month which is sufficient. So no issues as of now. **What problems is Mailjet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailjet is currently solving our email marketing solutions, we have integrated the mailjet software to our Kylas CRM which segments our users based on different stats, For Example we can target email campaigns based on location, pipeline status , onboarding status and payment pending status. Any new webinar and event have been communicated through email using mailjet. Mailjet can be used without a CRM as well. You can segment your contact upload & send your campaigns. Mailjet also provides status of delivery based on how many have open the emails, unsubscribed etc. It provides the delivery status information for all your campaigns.
