I bought a pack of 500,000 emails (over 500 €). After 320,000 sends, my account was blocked overnight, without prior warning, and I had about 180,000 unused credits left. Customer service keeps repeating that it is "non-compliant" and refuses any refund or commercial gesture. It took me a while to figure out the navigation. It was not easy to learn where everything is and how to use the features. Mail Jet is good email software with a pretty solid free tier. They offer so many cool features like an email editor, pages, and automation. most of the time, we use an email editor to design our newsletter email and track its progress.
