**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

I've been using Kissmetrics for about a year now, and it has considerably transformed how we analyze and interpret our customer data.

Features:
Kissmetrics shines when it comes to its features. The ability to track, analyze, and segment our customers' online behavior is unrivaled. It's also extremely helpful that Kissmetrics allows us to integrate data from multiple platforms, making it a one-stop shop for all our analytics needs. The funnel and cohort analyses provide invaluable insights into our customers' journey and behaviors, helping us make informed decisions to improve our marketing strategies.

Ease of use:
Kissmetrics comes with great onboarding support to help get start. This is especially great for those not well-versed in data analytics. The interface and capabilities are super simple and now has become an indispensable tool. The platform is well-designed, and the various charts and visualizations make it easier to understand complex data.

Customer service:
The customer service team at Kissmetrics is prompt and helpful. Whenever we've had issues or needed clarification, their team was quick to respond and resolve our concerns.

Value for your money:
Kissmetrics definitely is the best value for your money compared to its competition. We have tried other solutions but Kissmetrics has become a team favorite in terms of cost  and usage.

Room for Improvement:
I would like to see new features coming out like AI and Heatmaps which was told to me that it is in the works so will be getting most of the product.

Overall, I would highly recommend Kissmetrics to any business seeking an in-depth understanding of their customers' behavior. It's a powerful tool that, when used correctly, can have a significant impact on your business's marketing efforts and, consequently, its success.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

The only problem we ran into with Kissmetrics was that sometimes the data analysis would take about 10-20 minutes. This also depends on how big your report range is or the type of report we are running. Sometimes we run Yearly ones and those are the ones that take a bit longer. I have brought this up with their support and sounds like they are making improvements to speed up longer range reports. Other than that no issues.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem that Kissmetrics solves for us is the ability to understand our customers' behavior at a granular level. Before Kissmetrics, we were limited to surface-level analytics, which didn't provide us enough information to make informed decisions. We were essentially making marketing decisions in the dark.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

Kissmetrics has many qualities that have been positive for our organization, most notably secure web data analytics and tracking customers, content and social media submissions quickly from our desktops and mobiles. It is a straightforward installation tool; it has taken us a few minutes and allows us to enjoy excellent visualization and customization options. What I liked the most is that it provides safely and reliably a large amount of data and information that allows us to control better what we need to perform as analysts; we use it to make decisions based on data, and in my opinion, we are happy with the results we have obtained.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

It is not an intuitive or easy-to-use tool; it takes a little time to adapt and master the proposed learning curve. Likewise, we have found it challenging to summarize data and make integrations with third-party tools.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit we have obtained with Kissmetrics has been robust data analysis. It has provided our work team with valuable solutions to improve the web experience and effectively track leads, content and presentations on social networks. Other features we have found interesting have been visitor metrics and obtaining campaign statistics. Kissmetrics has helped us solve problems and streamline digital marketing tasks extraordinarily, benefiting the entire organization's overall growth and web presence.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

It's a tracking and analytics tool that has been well-liked within my organization; it allows us to understand how users interact with our products and services. I love the ability it has to track individual users throughout the journey, from first visit to conversion; this allows us to see how key metrics such as time-on-site and several visits evolve and take the necessary steps to improve the user experience; it also has a variety of valuable reports and visualizations to identify patterns and trends in user interaction with our site. Another great attraction of Kissmetrics is its integration with marketing and analytics tools; this is very useful for having a panoramic view of our marketing strategy and its results.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

First of all, although it is an intuitive tool, it has a learning curve for users who are not so familiar with other tracking and analytics solutions, and on the other hand, the configuration and customization of the tool are a bit complex; it is something that could demand more time and effort to get the results you want.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kissmetrics has many features that have benefited the organization from the moment we implemented it. It has a focus on metrics tracking that has been useful for our marketing and product teams to make decisions to seek to optimize the user experience; the reports are fantastic and have significantly helped us identify patterns and trends in user interaction with our site, for example, the conversion funnels reports allow us to remember what drives users to abandon purchase processes and the cohort reports will enable us to have a visualization of how users interact with our product over time.

Kissmetrics suits my way of working very well because it is easy to use, has fantastic support and has an excellent platform for ongoing data analysis, all of which I find very useful. It's easy to operate and provides quick access to a wealth of valuable tools for researching, discovering and solving problems in the enterprise and beyond. It loads quickly, offers powerful search tools, provides revealing data in a clear format, and generates digestible reports that can be studied effortlessly. In the years I have used it, it has become quite robust, and its many enhancements have been tremendously helpful and impressive.

There seem to be software issues inside that cause it to run slowly and even crash.

Data management focuses entirely on the ever-changing nature of day-to-day operations and, as such, is very efficient and has provided a great strength that has spanned many progressive analytical scenarios. I am relieved that we have finally established a set of guidelines that the corporation can rely on for this service. I am completely satisfied every time I use Kissmetrics, and I have no doubt you will be too. Secure data management.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

I like being able to monitor my company's marketing by conducting a geographic study of consumer behavior concerning services, including which services are the most viewed, which are the best sellers, and what people's criteria are for these things. Kissmetrics is significantly better than competitors in terms of quality, and I like that I can quickly analyze the data and use it to identify important information in statistical distribution frequencies. Kissmetrics has an amazing user interface that makes everything simple to visualize.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

One thing I don't like is that they charge extra for simple services, lack qualified support staff to handle all customer inquiries, and sometimes take a long time to respond to requests for information.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main objective of Kissmetrics in the company is to promote the examination of data in volume before making any decision. It has involved statistical data with qualified management levels. The result of all its development is seen in intelligence as it modifies management procedures. I use it to research my company's monthly and annual Internet revenue, best-selling services and customer reviews to improve the quality of my offerings. Since I started using this platform, my sales have increased dramatically.

Kissmetrics is easier to use than Google Analytics if you are trying to create funnel metrics. We were able to quickly assign URL's to specific funnels to test out the conversions

There can be a bit of a learning curve at first - it is pretty overwhelming, and you can suffer from analysis paralysis as a result. It does take a lot of effort and time to set up

We are a memberships business - and we are always trying to find a way to test out different campaigns to find the most efficient path for someone to become a member. This allows to see how our tests are performing

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

If you're selling three or four items a month, Kissmetrics may not be for you. However, if you are the owner of a midsized business (wth a solid IT department!) this is an excellent solution that should cover most of your needs. All of that aside, I like Kissmetric's personal touch. You're seeing people doing things, not just numbers (as opposed to Google analytics).

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

Kissmetrics is not a walk in the park to set up. If you are not tech-savvy or have a dedicated staff member with IT skills, please reconsider your decision. It's a not tool, but I'm not sure I would hire a new employee just to install and maintain it. My colleagues have told me it has some limitations when it comes to aggregated data. It served our purpose, in any case.

Carve out a decent chunk of time to configure Kissmetrics.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was consulting for a supplement store. Our primary objective was to identify bottlenecks to our conversion rates (because many customers, if they encounter a technical issue, will not bother to contact the webmaster). We were able to figure out which types of customers were the most likely to complete their purchase and which were not (as well as why).

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

Funnel report helps in tracking cart abandonments and drop offs in other events. Cohort report helps in measuring groups of people who have similar experiences. People search report assists in finding dedicated customers and those who need to be re-engaged. A/B test report is great to track response of customers to different page layouts and apply those findings in real time to lift conversion rate.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

Too much dependence on tracking code customization to get actionable reports. Funnel reports are limited to showing five levels of customer purchase flow. This may not work well for websites that have more than five levels of checkout process. Requires significant investment upfront and ongoing code implementation expenses to customize the metrics this tool captures. Integration with other business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy or sugarCRM is complex, so difficult to establish a single data pipeline.

**Recommendations to others considering Kissmetrics:**

To maximize the value of this tool, identify essential business requirements and KPIs. So the website's tracking code can be customized for the tool to capture custom business analytics. Please ensure you have a sound analytics and development team plus a decent budget, to fulfill those advanced implementation needs. For example: implementing e-commerce attribution, user-level segmentation, and custom funnel analysis need custom code updates and can't be done using out-of-the-box tracking code.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used it to optimize customer path to conversion and checkout process. Leveraged its data to increase roi of media spend in different digital channels like email, social, search and display. Both these strategies helped in improving the quality of customers visiting the site and their online experience once they landed. So, traffic and conversion rate could be lifted with minimum investment. Campaign tracking, funnel analysis and user-level demographics were used to create a targeting plan and acquire new customers as well as lift product sales from existing customers.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

The best thing about KissMetrics recently, is that the company appears to be listening to the users, and including more of the features that we have been asking for.  The new people view, populations, and activity view are all great features.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

The way that properties are handled is not something that I am super happy about.  I am forced to ask questions in an awkward way to try to get the data I am looking for, and I cannot ask a question like "what are all the values for property:{name} that have ever been fired for this group.

The power reports are too hard to use, so I just don't, but I feel like I am missing out.

The webcasts more often then not, do not go into the specific detail that I would like to see.  I would love to have more webcasts that show exactly, step by step through the system, ways to set up or look at users that are valuable. Most are just too high level.

We use KM to track users by install source (last touch) and how those cohorts behave in the app.  We also use the LTV as a gut check against the other LTV tools that we have.
We use the dashboards to report on high level metrics daily, such as installs, cancels, and revenue.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

The best thing about Kissmetrics is the combination of power and flexibility that it provides. Once you figure out how to set up and run reports, you can get valuable insight into all kinds of actions that take place on your site and track important conversion data. There are other tools that do this, but none that work quite the way Kissmetrics does (at least not that I'm aware of).

Overall, the best thing about Kissmetrics is that it allows to do data-driven marketing better, and we simply have not seen another tool that could be a one-to-one replacement for it on the market.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

It's not particularly intuitive and the learning curve is steep. You'll need to spend some time learning how to use it in order to get real value from it. The UI isn't particularly easy to get around either, and there are some other small quality-of-life improvements that could be made that aren't in the product right now. The ability to email data exports to more than one user account, for example, would be a major convenience.

Ask yourself what questions about your funnel you want to answer before investing in this (or any) tool. Then, make sure you're prepared to spend the time required to learn how to use it.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving problems around tracking and measurement that would be difficult to solve without it. The primary benefit we've seen is that we're able to track conversion rates all the way down the funnel in a way that yields incredibly valuable insights that we can then use to guide all kinds of decision-making.

Without Kissmetrics, it would be tough to know exactly which content and URLs are driving which actions that are specifically turning into leads and sales.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

The simplicity of sending our engagement metrics to KM via their API and not having to worry about hosting that data ourselves is very nice for a small company like ours. We have looked into more advanced systems and the work to get to a place of hosting our own data is quite daunting. This is a perfect quick solution for us at this point in time.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

The user interface is completely unintuitive. The UI is outdated and every task is so manual it is painful. Several reports that we run are based on time and this interface requires you to update each individual query with a date picker manually. It is absolutely miserable to use. This takes us several hours when it could be auto populated, or at the very least allow for batch date updates. The integrations with other platforms is limited. Because of this we do not have the ability to attribute acquisition to marketing campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Kissmetrics:**

It's a quick and easy solution if that's what you're looking for but it does not provide the insights that you will need down the road. Do the work, build a data warehouse and set yourself up for more customized reporting.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Kissmetrics for all of our user engagement metrics. This has benefited us significantly in understanding how our users are using our platform. This benefits us by providing insights into prioritization for new product features as well as targeted marketing efforts. Without KM we would have zero visibility into what features are performing well and which features need additional marketing to communicate the value proposition across to our customers. While the product is limited, it does provide this very valuable insight for us.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

I prefer Kissmetrics over Google Analytics for web attribution and user-level analytics. All of my PPC performance reports use Kissmetrics data. The user interface allows for very quick insights into users, campaigns, etc. The a/b testing tool is also a great add-on. The URL API tool is probably my favorite feature, as it allows marketers to spin up new events and properties in minutes, without having to engage the engineering team.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

Data visualization and reporting inside the tool can be limited at times and I often find myself exporting raw data to transform/pivot in a spreadsheet. Kissmetrics also struggles with app-based attribution/analytics.

**Recommendations to others considering Kissmetrics:**

If you are an early-to-mid stage, webfocused, data-driven organization -- then I recommend Kissmetrics. There are other tools out there with more features but Kissmetrics is more affordable, still good bang for your buck.

Web attribution and user-level event analytics are Kissmetrics' bread and butter. For a data-driven performance marketer, Kissmetrics is a powerful and flexible tool.

Nothing. It did not work the way they said it would and they were very unprofessional in their communication with us.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

The contact, with Ryan in particular was a complete mess. The contracts were very deceiving and they did very little to understand where we were coming from or what we wanted. Not only a complete waste of money but some of their tactics bordered on scam behavior. Would never recommend this to anyone as there are several other companies who can do this with more honest and favorable terms. They clearly just wanted to charge money regardless of what their product did or did not do. It was an utter disgrace the way they charged us and continued to charge us despite us requesting a cancelling over and over again. Greedy and dishonest service.

Do not get into bed with people like this as the quality of support is horrid and very uncomprehensive.

I have realized 0 benefits of Kissmetrics. I am sure that there are some if you really look, however due to the lack of faith and their dishonest dealings with the contract we never got to see a single result.

First, I'd like to apologize for any issues you may have faced with your analytics or with anything that you remotely believe was deceiving. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.  In regards to billing, while we do believe we have to hold all accounts to what's stated in our contract terms, we also believe in doing everything we can to help websites succeed and grow.  In your experience, it sounds like we were not able to listen and ultimately did not help you succeed in what you were looking to see from a data perspective.  Effectively, we did not hold up our end of the contractual terms.  For this, I sincerely apologize.

The ability to track and create reports for marketing and in-product interactions. We use Kissmetrics regularly for A/B testing and helps combine website conversions with in-product conversions.

The reports can be very slow sometimes. It seems to have gotten better since the product switched owners. I wish the data exports happened automatically instead of going to your email.

Marketing campaigns are incomplete without Kissmetrics. I personally love the tool for funnel side and love the way it simply breakdowns the data. Can't get much enough like Kissmetrics on any platform. Testing multiple landing is my favourite.

Tracking real people, doing A/B split tests, behaviour results and tracking events is something I use. The benefits are if I use a free tool to do the same it will consume my lot of time but since I use  Kissmetrics they help me do it in fractions of minutes and very efficiently. Which could've been quite impossible for me to do so.

As interesting elements of this conversion funnel, it is not a predefined funnel, but an environment of freely configurable sequences of events based on the prior identification of milestones (e.g., product viewing, terms and conditions, etc.), regardless of their final location in the reports.

To this, Kissmetrics adds an integration with the management of Google Analytics campaigns (and this is something we have to explore, because I suspect it will be limited to a capability to make use of UTM parameters... soon I will add a comment about it).

Regarding visitor tracking, many will be pleased with the level of abstraction used by this tool, which goes on to talk to us about people. And here we can enter into tricky territory, as you know.

The visualization options are solid. The reports are fairly flexible. It's nice to have analytics somewhat centralized.

Integration with my company's database has failed over and over again, and Kissmetrics either shows no data or inaccurate data. The company keeps moving the platform to different URLs.  The documentation for implementing database connections has left our dev team a bit confused.

Thoroughly review features before committing - this solution is not for everyone. Integration with RDBMS has been a pain.

I love the ability to take the consumer on a "bunny trail" through your website. It allows you to control their pathway and see content that you find most relevant on your site

The set up isn't extremely intuitive. It takes a few minutes to grasp the difference between the "conversion page link" and the "destination link." I think that process could be a little simpler. Although, I love the ability to customize the bubbles with brand colors, verbiage & shape (to an extent).

It's a great starting point before jumping on board to Intercom or Drift or another chat system. It's extremely simple, you can customize the style & color and you are able to lead consumers down a path.

I am solving the problem of conversion & 24/7 service. All sites in this day and age are using a technology that allows the consumer to feel like they are being serviced even if there is no one available or working. A benefit I've realized is a lot of people allow the pop up to lead them right from the home page which gets them looking at the testimonials which builds your credibility and helps convert.

Great for deep data tracking, as it compares metrics and automates updates. This has helped us better track our goals and learn what works and doesn't work. This has allowed us to better understand our customers and make strides to better our overall marketing to them.

Could be a little more intuitive. 
Exporting of reports sometimes takes ridiculously long. 
Wish it integrated with other tools better/easier. 
The learning curve for everything who is using is a bit long.

Trial it out first and see if your company could benefit from it. It took us a few trials with similar products until we found Kissmetrics and it's by far the best one out there for our needs, but every company is different!

A/B testing has been huge! We have been able to test all different things such as email templates, subject lines, email length, and more so hone in on what our audience responds best to. We have also utilized retention data with our customers and engagement.

The Funnel & Activity reports are by far the most useful. The Metrics feature is useful in its simplicity. I've also come to rely on People Search when troubleshooting non-related business issues.   

Also I must commend them on the effort and research they've put into constantly improving the platform. They do listen intently to user feedback and I've been approached by them numerous times for a quick call on a new or improved function.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

There's an Engagement function to present banners, modals, etc. that really isn't what it should be. You can't use any of your data to cater messaging or show/not show messages to populations. It's glaring that this was left out so it feels like a tacked-on feature that was rushed out the door. I can understand not wanting to develop more in this area though as it nears the marketing automation space. When it comes to Kissmetric's overall value, I don't consider this feature a positive or negative.

I also don't find the Revenue and Cohort reports useful, however I don't necessarily have a need for them.

**Recommendations to others considering Kissmetrics:**

The ease of implementation can vary depending on where you are with your data management. If you have a single provider like MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce or if you have something in place to define events and user properties, implementation will be quick as they have a good data integration and API framework. If you don't have any type of data management in place, consider spending resources on building that out with something like Segment. It prepares you much better for integrations, and not just with Kissmetrics.

Identifying the tactics that best convert our trialiers to recurring members has been the biggest boon and worth the investment alone.

The amount of data and options are amazing. Really powerful tool. This without a doubt the best feature about Kiss Metrics.

But the fact that all that data can be combine with different search levels really makes this tool one of the best out there.

The service of KissMetrics is not that great we have a lot of doubts and we never got an answer.

They are hard to reach and even harder to get a feedback from them. This is the most frustrating  aspect of Kiss Metrics.

The other aspect that we dislike is the fact that when we do a funnel search then you can't click on the users of a certain group and have a deeper look at them.

The fact that you can follow a customer's journey step by step is wonderful. It really helped us understand how affiliate marketing fits into our customer journey. With Kissmetrics we were able to see that people instead of using affiliates as a source to find Apt2B used it to google for coupon codes while they were already checking out. Therefore, we were paying the affiliates money for nothing. 

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

Everyone started clearing their cookies. So tracking people by that method has proven to be a bit spotty. Also, there is no feature that let's you map your customer's journey in one aggregated form. There is something like a multi-path function, but due to the fact that everyone is clearing their cookies it's hard to tell what's true and what's not. It would also be great if it would be easier to search for specific people. It takes very long to load them and the NEW person search look is horrible. It would be great to see important metrics at a glance, i.e. when did they first visit the site, when did they purchase, how did they keep coming back. I would love to look at a specific customer and see: "visited site through google the first time and then came back through direct 3 times and then purchased 10 days after initial visit". However, just to reiterate, the biggest issue for us was that people are clearing their cookies and 50% of our customers were having their first site visit shown as "direct", which definitely can't be true.

Understand what the software can really do and what the limitations are.

The data--it is everything I wanted and more! The funnel report is worth the cost (for us at least) alone! I also have to do a shout out to the Kissmetric team--everyone that I have worked with has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can't recommend the support team at KM enough!

Long report loading times and there are some issues with finding the correct pages when filtering. (You need to know the "exact" name of the page or campaign you want to filter. There is no drop down.) Sometimes it is a bit difficult to figure out why a report isn't loading data. (All minor issues though)

Don't wait as long as we did. We evaluated Kissmetrics for months and when we did finally sign up, we used the data to launch a highly successful top of the funnel lead campaign within 15 days.

Common growth marketing reports like funnels and cohort reports work well out-of-the box and are fast and easy to create. The platform is good for users with an intermediate level of comfort with data who want to begin looking at growth marketing metrics but don't yet have the data skills to build these reports themselves.

Limited versatility for manipulating your data in custom ways. Some reports are missing filtering options that would be valuable.

Funnel reports only allow user counts, not sums (like revenue, etc).

Also, Kissmetrics seems to be pushing the product development in a direction focused on user interactions (like sending emails and triggering popup modals) while some basic analytics functionality is still missing.

How easy it is to set up events, properties, and reports. That's very important, because with other tools I've tried things became so complex, that you're not encouraged to dig deeper. The ease with which you can set up these things with Kissmetrics makes that you'll easily measure various aspects. The barrier is not high.

The support for Single Page Applications is limited. Because of this, we still needed involvement of our developers to set it up. Besides that, I haven't run into something I didn't like.

The two main things why I recommend Kissmetrics are:
1. How easily you can change from first touch to last touch attribution. It has never been so easy to discover the origin of a visit versus assisted conversions. 
2. How you can fully understand groups of users behavior with the populations' report.

The fact that everytime you want to export a report (which you do most of the time), you need to wait for an email. This makes things super slow.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

The best feature is the funnel report because it helps point out areas of improvement 

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

I dislike the person look up tool. Sometimes I want to search by name and not just Id or email. Even once I get to the search results it's still hard to see all of that users personal information because the way it's displayed 

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything - we use it for our main tracking. Specifically my team is focused on growth and retention

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

I thoroughly enjoy the webinars hosted by Thue on Thursdays, these have opened up new areas of research and improved our optimisation processes. 

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

I dislike that sometimes data can take too long to update in the repots but the live tracking makes up for this.

**Recommendations to others considering Kissmetrics:**

Try it, if you don't like it then tell them what you didn't like and they'll improve it!

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track user behaviour, mainly how the approach and learn about our company and the service it offers. We also use it for building AB tests, calculating how many people visit a page over a period of time and the conversion rates of customers coming from different traffic sources.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

I love how Kissmetrics goes beyond what we can do with the usual analytical tools and helps our customers to build profiles around individual users and the actions they take. This is hugely valuable information that our customers can then use to feed their marketing systems.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

It would be useful to have some more flexibility around eCommerce reporting.

Feeding marketing systems with rich behavioral data in order to increase return on marketing spend.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

The support team is Kissmetrics' best quality. Whenever I have a question I want to answer, I'll email my account manager and he'll help me build the right reports. It's like having an extra analytics expert on our team.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

Kissmetrics, like many powerful tools, has a high learning curve. Its reports will eventually answer the question you need to answer, but building the report to do so is not usually intuitive. I often have to email my account manager for help. 

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kissmetrics is excellent for helping us understand our midfunnel. Our products are considered purchases, so it's crucial that we are able to analyze and optimize assist channels (as well as acquisition). Kissmetrics makes that possible and vastly improves the quality of our data.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

The granularity of all information. It allows me go deeper inside our operation. I also can check our performance almost in real time.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

The data are all there but the reports could be more friendly customized. I never saw the reports available in your premium plan but I believe you will let the user create more flexible reports very soon. We normally see you are always creating new features.

I all conversation I have about our business, I mention we use and I do recommend the Kissmetrics solution.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

The new interface is welcoming.  I can pull most of the reports I need with little fuss.  I feel that my company's information is the bulkiest part of the experience.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

I wish I knew more about how my company was using the data.  Which data is really good to pull from vs. other tokens that have incomplete tables or amounts of information.  Would be great to star or review certain pools of information so we know, as a team, how and what information to look at together.

**Recommendations to others considering Kissmetrics:**

Capture good data as early as possible.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to market our product better to our customers.  This seems to take a lot of time because there is a learning curve amount my peers and an additional layer of the KissMetrics to understand.

Power reports! Can slice and dice our data in endless ways.

Pricing is a tad-bit high and the UI could use some updating.

**Recommendations to others considering Kissmetrics:**

Take your time while onboarding to understand how Kissmetrics works. It's not the easiest app to setup initially, but well worth the time once it is setup correctly.

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kissmetrics gives us deep insights into the behavior of our trial and paid users. With deep segmentation, we are able to customize our CX based on the behavior of micro-groups of users.

**What do you like best about Kissmetrics?**

Nice Reporting Platform. Ability to uniquely identify a visitor. Constant effort to further improve the product with a new useful feature to further improve the analysis.

**What do you dislike about Kissmetrics?**

Would be good to have more documentation of integration with other tools specially landing page building tools like ( Unbounce , Instapages, webflow) 

**What problems is Kissmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to track our TV campaign by integrating kissmetrics tracking data with TV report and our database thus saving us loads of money to purchase new tool for TV tracking.
