**What do you like best about IntelliBid?**

the amount of database that it has compare to other estimating software. ConEst allows the user to split phases, floors and areas.

**What do you dislike about IntelliBid?**

the interface can sometimes be a little tricky.

**Recommendations to others considering IntelliBid:**

The amount of database and the ease to split phases and floors

**What problems is IntelliBid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to split the phasing

I like how it allowed you to input historical data for a more accurate estimate

**What do you dislike about IntelliBid?**

The visuals are not very attractive, and the it is rather difficult to learn
