**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

The training and support is great!  So easy to implement. Our team loves that HeyMarket integrates with Hubspot and is super easy to use.  We also use it for website chat feature.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

They started charging us before they even started our training. We had discussed before contract was signed and rep said that wouldn't happen.   Intergration with Hubspot, doesn't work as expected

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heymarket makes it easy for our customers to text us, without our employees using their cell phone.  Keeping the messages on a platform we have access to also enables us to cover when someone is out of the office.  It also reduces the chance of a message getting missed.

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

I find Heymarket cost-effective and easy to use. I like that it allows for multiple agents to coordinate texting efforts across shifts. It's really beneficial for us, as we staff a help desk with college students, and when someone replies, another student on shift can review past interactions and pick the thread up using our main helpdesk phone number. I also appreciate that we could text-enable our business phone number for our help desk without needing to acquire a different number. The initial setup was pretty easy, except dealing with AT&T to allow texting on the number, which was an issue with them, not Heymarket.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

Teams integration is a little wonky, so we didn't end up using it.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heymarket helps us reach college students effectively since they don't respond to emails or calls. It is cost-effective, easy to use, allows multiple agents to coordinate across shifts, and integrates our main phone number for seamless communication.

I can text one person at a time but unable to text a group of tenants.  This makes it hard if I want to reach out to a group.

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

The setup was easy, as was the integration with Zendesk. Heymarket support was quick to assist whenever I needed any support. We started using Heymarket in Nov 2024 and were quick to see business benefits. It's a great feature-rich tool that helped me solve a major business problem we faced. Heymarket has quickly become an important part of our customer support tech stack and we use it daily to communicate with our customers. 

There are a few areas of improvement that I shared with the Heymarket Product team and they have been quick to discuss and acknowledge the same. I eagerly look forward to those improvements added to the product soon.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

Heymarket offers just SMS as an outbound channel at this time. I wish they offered more outbound channels. But this is not a complaint but more of a wishlist.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has always been tough to get customers feedback and reviews about the product. Customers with negative feedback tend to be quick to post reviews but it remained very tough to get reviews from the customers having positive experiences. We tried calls, emails and WhatsApp but didn't get good results. That when we came across Heymarket and we started using it for SMS communication with our customers. We have seen a significant number of customers with positive experiences sharing their feedback and reviews. Really happy with results.

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

We love how user-friendly it is for our employees. We know our guests really appreciate all of the communication that we're able to do specifically through our web chat that help answer questions about tickets, upcoming events, and membership status. We are grateful for the folks at HeyMarket that have helped us to improve HeyMarket for our team.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

There honestly isn't that much that we wish Heymarket did differently. We wish that Heymarket would have integrations with ActiveCampaign so we could use it with our email platform more. I know there's a Zapier integration. But we would love to see interaction with sending text messages through ActiveCampaigns program.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using HeyMarket for several inboxes. We use it for our web chat, membership office, HR office, and most recently for our weddings and private events. SMS marketing helps with any news we're trying to get out to potential clients, prospect employees, and guests we interact with. It really helps with our conversational support, for example if someone is trying to swap out their tickets to another day - it's easier for them to text in our company than to make a phone call. Texts are just easier and seem faster for the guest!

cant do phone calls, provide phone calls and we can delete another service platform

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

100 remote site employees taking care of 100 + geriatrics in thier individual homes.....so the text is very convenient way to communicate for urgent situations after they have innitiated a phone call to urgent on-call to dispatch a notification to the team.   If the texting had an urgent feature to continuosly notify then it could be used for initial contact.  For Clients, it is an easy way to communicate to us regarding the care and schedule of their parents when they remember and cant call or is easiest for them.

I love how it integrates into HubSpot so seamlessly and how easy is to set up templates. On boarding was a breeze. Support was responsive. I love the US based presence.

I don't have a downside downside. I've vetted every SMS solution out there in there was my final pick.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to dynamically insert contact information from HubSpot when doing our follow up for new trials or appointments is excellent. The personalization increases the effectiveness of our communication. Being able to set things up inside of HubSpot is a total plus. Contact synchronization is effortless.

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

*The platform is generally easy to navigate, so new users can get up and running quickly without extensive training.

*Shared inboxes allow multiple team members to collaborate on customer conversations, which is a valuable feature for customer service or teams that work together closely.

*The ability to create message templates and automate responses is a big time-saver. 

*HeyMarket integrates with tools that we use, like HelpScout and Slack. This makes it easier for us to manage conversations without switching between multiple platforms.

*HeyMarket is easy to set up initially.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

*The customization options are somewhat limited. For example, there is no way to auto-close messages sent through API. We send a lot of these messages daily, which have to be manually closed. It is time-consuming and reduces the overall efficiency of HeyMarket. There used to be a limit on how many messages you could select at a time (making this almost unbearable), but that appears to be removed thankfully. Additionally, things like deeper reporting capabilities, advanced AI-driven automation, and more robust customer segmentation could make it a much better tool. Because our team uses HeyMarket for hours, improving this would make HeyMarket much better. 

*This and the one above are the most important - While we have not had issues recently, when we did have an ongoing issue where HeyMarket would break, the Support Team did not know the actual app and features. They would tell us that a feature we had been using was not an actual feature or tell us that HeyMarket was not supposed to behave that way. We were sold on the product due to those features and the app broke multiple times. Sometimes it took a very long time to get a response and it was very frustrating. For a platform designed to improve communication efficiency, better customer service with actual knowledge of the program should be a higher priority.

*Compared to other messaging platforms, Heymarket is on the pricier side, especially for small businesses. The basic plans don’t include some features that competitors offer at similar or lower price points, which is a bummer.

*The mobile app is very buggy and impossible to use.

*We have to send preview links to customers and most of the time they do not receive messages with links. Words are also randomly banned, like Russian names.

We mainly switched to HeyMarket because we needed to deal with 10DLC. Most companies charged for it and had no idea if it even applied to us, so we went with HeyMarket.

As an attorney, when I get a message from my answering service regarding a potential new client (PNC), Heymarket is great to send a quick text using th template feature.  The PNC always appreciates the quick contact.  The platform is easy to use both on desktop and phone app.

I don't have any dislikes about Heymarket.

HM allows me to make quick contact with potential new clients.   Even though the PNC called, they appreciated the quick text response.

I like the integration with HubSpot and Heymarket. The salesperson I dealt with was knowledgeable, and the support team was excellent. I look forward to seeing the results from these two integrations in assisting us with following up on Shopify Draft Orders. I would highly recomend.

None so far due to us only being on the platform for a month or so.

What its purpose is. It works for what they say they offer and that is texting from Pc to cell phones. - Training was fantstic and support has always been professional, fast and solid. Implementation was easy and very few chances for users erros due to UI being very simple

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

Not a dislike honestly - it is the tool is limited in my industry to having the contact information of those you are reaching out to. We use Seekout to get that information but if Heymarket could either intigrate or provide similiar service it would be more of a one stop shop solution for what we are using it for.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to quickly connect with those you are looking to conext with. It helps as more people use cell phones for all other items outside of just calling. More people use their phones for email than they do for computer, they also check it more often.

It's easy for the entire team to interact with clients.  It doesn't matter who replies so the client has a seamless experience.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

No windows app.  Would like a stand-alone app and not having to use Chrome notifications.  Device limits are annoying.  I use this on a Macbook, Iphone, Ipad and a PC.  Heymarket restricts it to 2 "mobile apps" at a time making the service less beneficial.

It allows us to communicate with people that refuse to return calls and/or emails.  Allows the entire team to see the messages.

it's easy to view unresponded-to, and unread messages, I like that you can create lists so I can send out my messages to the group that needs them. it's easy to train new staff on, and customer support has been very helpful a number of times. We use Hey Market at my office from 5 am -10 pm every day -- it has been an easy integration, and I often think of how difficult it would be without it

We use Heymarket for our transportation company, which sometimes means when a client requests to cancel rides for the week we get "cancel" and it opts them out

The fact that my management team can see and review all messages, but to everyone else it feels like they are texting directly with one person.

The new security requirements to have to authenticate everys so often when you log in (it is not their fault, but still annoying - I like to stay logged in)

It is the only system that we have found that we can have our entire management viewing all of the messages if they need to.  That way it is seemless to stay up to date on our call weeks.

Hard to keep track of because there is no app to download so I must constantly keep opening the website on my laptop

It is benefiting me by making it easier for me to communciate with a vase amount of people without giving out my personal infromation or copy and pasting the same message to larger audiences. It is convinent to be able to reach all people, without making them go through hurdles to get my message!

They usually text back I would faster support

24/7 immediate support is not given. But overall a good SMS service

I love how easy it is to use HeyMarket and the texts look like they are coming for legit numbers.  It is something that I use every single day for my day-to-day assignments. Our HeyMarket is linked to our Hubspot platform as well.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

I wish it was a little easier to find assigned texts and it would change the notification for who receives the notifications automatically instead of having to transfer the chat and then assign at the same time.

In a day and age where SMS is so handy and quick for responses it makes closing deals and giving my clients support easily and quickly.

Heymarket gives us the capability to answer our clients questions via SMS messaging vs the actual landline point of contact. It is really handy for us as they clients are better serviced vs playing telephone tag and leaving numerous voice mails.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

I need the ability to edit a contact's information to update the telephone number and delete messages that are no longer needed.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app will at times lock and/or not send responses when needed. There are times when we have to refresh it continuously. We have not figured out how to delete unnecessary messages to clear out the chat.

I love Heymarket's ease of use for messaging customers and clients. It makes it easy to send them links, images, screenshots, and more, as well as to update them on when their orders are ready for pickup. I use it every day. Customer support has been very responsive any time I have a question or need help. This product is extremely easy to pick up, use, and adjust to.

The search feature is a little clunky and could be optimized

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

Haymarket can be very intuitive and helpful when we need to contact clients we have previously touched base with.  Creating campaigns and templates helps get things done efficiently and correctly.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

I hate that there are no reasonable payment packages, and I often worry about paying by each text message.  We have a large volume of our customers that prefer to be contacted by text message, and we find ourselves having to edit the amount of information we send them.  It would also be nice to be forced to hit the "send now" button instead of the enter button.  I am sure many have prematurely sent text messages that weren't finalized because of the lack of that feature.  We have also noticed that to add a customer to a campaign, they will receive text messages from old campaigns immediately.  Not changing the campaign to inactive before doing this would be nice.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is nice to be able to assist multiple customers at once.  We also have many messages saved to be sent out on a specific date.  You have recently changed that feature so that we can edit saved messages.

I love that you can privately collaborate with the rest of your team by using the private comment and only tagging users who should be concerned with the particular message. You can also create your own inbox that separates your employees by departments or locations that they're assigned in.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

Initially, I thought that when you read a message it only gets mark as read on the end of the user who read it and not across the board. We realized later on that, when it is read by one user it is marked as read across the board. I also don't like that our users in the Philippines cannot download the app, they have to log into the web to access Heymarket.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves all of the communication problems with our employees because they have one channel that they can text and multiple users have visibility to it. HeyMarket is a GREAT benefit for our company because without it there's no way for us to effectively communicate with our employees.

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

Many of our customers communicate through texts, so we need to be where they are. Heymarket provides an easy way to text our customers through the same number they use for calls. Heymarket is used on a daily basis in our organization. Heymarket has a number of integrations available which have been fairly easy to implement.

Implementation was easy enough and remains easy to manage through the administrator portal.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

The integration with Microsoft Teams is a little bit clunky; most of the daily users of Heymarket log into their respective accounts at app.heymarket.com and handle their texting from there as opposed to using Microsoft Teams.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A growing number of our customers are using texting for communication, so our sales people need to be where our customers are. Texting capabilities is something that customers have requested from our sales people for quite a while, and Heymarket provides us that way.

I like Heymarket because it seamlessly integrates all our messaging needs – SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and several other integrations. It's really easy to use and their customer support responds promply.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

Heymarket caps your list size at 800. This means that if you have a marketing blast you want to send out with thousands of contacts, you have to create several lists and send them to each list individually.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with keeping up with the various channels of communication with our customers and Heymarket solves this effortlessly. This benefits us as we are able to promptly reply to customers and we can go to one spot to manage all communication instead of bouncing around and trying to keep up with the flow of incomming messages from lots of sources. It also integrates with Salesforce, which is a HUGE plus, allowing our sales team to never leave the Salesforce platform when managing customer relations.

I love the integrations with Heymarket on Hubspot. The mobile app is great, and I also like the desktop app. Everything about HeyMarket has been fantastic. The automation works great, too. HeyMarket has helped me communicate better with my prospects. This is a very user-friendly app, and it's straightforward that any user can use it without training.

I wish there were a way to react to messages on HeyMarket like one can do with an iPhone. I want to be able to give thumbs up, heart, etc.

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

The best feature is the fact that management can see all emails, but communication with employees only goes to the employee you are reaching out to.  We rotate call weeks and the person on call watches all team communication on their call week, but other managers can always step in and respond if appropriate, this is the only system that we have found that works this way.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

The fact that it reminds you with each text sent that short sentences may not go through

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have a single number for a customer hotline and a single number for our employee hotline and all of management can view it so we are able to respond promptly - this is a huge satisfier for both our employees and customers.

Heymarket allows us to simplify our dispatch process have have fewer calls to deal with. We are able to quickly get updates from our drivers and respond to them with what to do next. Also the customer support is quick to reply to any issues we may have if someone is not receiving messages.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

The only downside I would say is you are charged by the number of messages and any extra unused messages from previous months are not transferred over to use in the next month.

Heymarkets helps us reduce the number of unnecessary calls. Our drivers make need a simple answer such as a pickup number and they are able to message us and get a quick reply rather then wait on hold till we are able to answer them.

Heymarket's best feature is the shared inbox that allows our entire frontline customer service team to see messages coming in from customers and everyone can respond or comment to each other privately.

Heymarket's lists features are not quiet up to par with other text/sms marketing tools. There are some limitations we've run into.

Heymarket gives us an excellent tool that allows customers to text us and ask questions, get a quote, or create an order. Our team takes fewer phone calls and can respond faster and more efficiently via text.

We have been able to set up automations that have helped us provide better customer service while we use our time more effectively while automatios are running.

If only the automations could recognize language that would be great. Our main market is Spanish speaking and to be able to send automations based on the language would be great. 
Also, the app on the iPhone, at times can be a bit slow to update/fetch.

Responding to clients while out of the office with automations so that they always get a response. Everyone texts now a days, so to be able to incorporate what people are using regularly into the business has been a great help.

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

We discovered Heymarket when it was still a very young company.  It has been one of the best decisions for our business to use Heymarket.  It is easy to setup and we like the fact that there is a mobile application as well as a desktop application.  Our office team uses the mobile app on a daily basis.  We like the lists and templates features as well. It has made standardizing our communication with our clients and staff more consistent.  Customer support is timely when we have issues that need to be resolved.  We are also able to integrate Heymarket with Zapier and use it in a lot of our automations.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

We are hoping to see more AI features in Heymarket.  We want to be able to determine the intent of text messages as an example.

**What problems is Heymarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client communication.  SMS messaging is a core communication channel with our clients.

**What do you like best about Heymarket?**

Quick, easy communication with customers. Our whole team can easily see what is going on, whether using our PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones or Android devices. The private message feature works most of the time.

**What do you dislike about Heymarket?**

Biggest issue is we cannot support a group chat. Our customers are restaurant owners. We often need to communicate with the owner(s), the chef, perhaps another interested party or two on their side, as well as our team on HeyMarket. It is very difficult to tell them, you can reach our whole team by call or text at our main office line (our landline and HeyMarket both use the same number), but only one person on your end can communicate with us. The alternative is we end up with multiple conversations going on with multiple people from the same restaurant, which is chaotic and causes its own set of issues. HeyMarket is unable to accommodate a group chat of any kind, so we just have to use iMessage or Whatsapp for those customers, from our personal cell phone numbers. That makes us look very unprofessional and disorganized - the exact opposite of what we are trying to accomplish by paying for HeyMarket. Pleeeeeeeeease fix this issue ASAP!!

The interface is very easy to use. The ability to see who has repsonded on the same chain + assign ownership and teams is very helpful. Plus, we were able to integrate to our appointment booking system.

No dislikes to report at this time. We are overall very happy with the platform thus far.
