**What do you like best about Gigabook?**

The easy of being able to book appointment ..Even if their is someone who is not tech savvy this works for them too.

I really don't have any negative vibes in regards to Gigabook

It is allowing me more time with clients and allowing flexibility as well in between appointments

**What do you like best about Gigabook?**

It is easy to customize/update booking information, and it is easy to book appointments. It is an affordable program that is also reliable.

**What do you dislike about Gigabook?**

You are not able to have a live conversation which would be helpful to solve problems quicker. When texting, they usually reply in a few hours.

**What problems is Gigabook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tested this our during the trial period, and because I was able to hold clients and book during that time, I decided to keep it because it fit all my business needs!

**What do you like best about Gigabook?**

I like how easy it is to setup the account and have a working form.  I also enjoyed the plethora of available features.

**What do you dislike about Gigabook?**

The dashboard after logging in can be quite daunting at first glance, but it helps that there is a guided tour of what to do to get started.

**What problems is Gigabook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed an affordable solution for booking clients, having them pay a deposit and once booked, the appointment was synced with my google calendar.  Gigabook's service provided everything I needd.
