It is so easy to set a work flow and stylised the forms as per the requirements of the company. It helps speed up the forms process and allows company to go paperless. **What do you dislike about Formitize?** A slightly slow performance of forms when many are connected into a single work flow. **Recommendations to others considering Formitize:** Formitize is great to begin with and it can really enhance the work process. It has a lot of useful features that enable easy and great data collection through forms and setting up everything is really easy. **What problems is Formitize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving employee data and client reviews. Weighted functions such as job scheduling,job reminders and status updates are not a burden anymore. Formitize is powerful enough to automate most of the small yet important tasks and also it'll generate real time alerts regarding those tasks,which is pretty useful in a busy office environment. **What do you dislike about Formitize?** Because of all the functionalities it's hard to get familiar with the tool at the beginning phase and it'll waste the valuable time of the user. Tool is not that much customizable with every feature and it's not a good indicator for the long run of the tool.User support is limited but it's worth to mention that it has improved with time. **What problems is Formitize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee scheduling and resource scheduling is a great time saver .This decreased our time which was spent on office work and we were able to focus more on critical operations. ### 3. It can be used on android, Windows, and as a web app. This has lot of features such as Inventory Management, Work order management, Document Indexing, Commercial Properties, Archiving & Retention, Electronic Signature and Billing & Invoicing. This features gives the best output. **What do you dislike about Formitize?** Sometime Formitize is hard to work with. Some details are left out. In my opinion the price of the Formitize is little too high. **What problems is Formitize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using this system I can indexing documents, also allow the notification services, Automated scheduling etc. ### 4.
