**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

Event Boost is easy to use, and we are able to make immediate updates. It's not limited like others to how many users/admins you can have in the back end.  The reporting is easy and useful.  It's nice to  be able to schedule communications/emails. And their customer service is great.  Their new event websites look great, we will be using this feature for the first time very soon!

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

It would be great if we could filter the registration information multiple layers.  A customer service chat button would be nice for quick customer service.

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to launch events. Robust and detailed registration tool. Good reporting.  Links well with onsite badge printing, saving time and waste.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

Not only is the Eventboost system easy to use, but the company continues to listen to our feedback and make changes to improve the product. The BEST thing about them is the customer service we have received. We get prompt and relevant feedback, and have thoroughly enjoyed have our Business Development Manager there (Federico) as our main point of contact. He always listens to our needs, and comes back to us with a solution. We have recommended Eventboost to other internal departments, who have also used the product for event registration. For my part, we will gladly continue to use Eventboost for our annual conference, as well as a "mini conference" for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

No downsides really. Of course, the initial setup will take some time, but that is why it is so important to have strong partners in implementation - like Eventboost does - to ensure that they know what you need and how to best arrange the product to meet your needs.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

They are very relaxed, speak multiple languages, are very fast in reply, are very willing to help you with problems and to think with you about solutions if things don't go as planned.

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

Eventboost is situated in Italy, and not all of their employees are good at speaking English, but then there are other employees to translate everything, so the issue wasn't really that big.

I was organizing an online event, and they helped with the registration form and the plenary session.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

Eventboost was the platform we selected for our annual company conference with 500+ customers. It was smooth, engaging, professional, and an overall fantastic experience for both our event planning team and attendees. Everything ran smoothly, there were no technical issues with login or logistics, and the show went off without any problems. We received a lot of positive feedback from our attendees, and we're so happy with the overall experience. The team at Eventboost was so helpful and responded to every email and request from concept to completeion.

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

I don't have any negative feedback. Perhaps would be nice to have more than 1:1 chat options (maybe smaller groups with 3, 4 people) but overall, super pleased with Eventbrite!

**Recommendations to others considering Eventboost:**

Eventboost was great! If looking for a virtual hosting platform for a conference, summit or roundtable, this is a fantastic platform. The team is SUPER helpful.

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing together a large group of customers onto one platform - and having it run smoothly with very minimal questions from attendees - that is a HUGE victory! It was also nice to be able to run contests and offer interactive chats throughout the conference. Eventboost connected everyone (globally!) together on one platform, and our 21st annual conference - the first time ever being virtual - was amazing.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

The customer service was outstanding. Anytime I needed assistance they offered quick solutions and advice. We were guided from the very first call all the way through the setup of the event to the completion. I cannot speak highly enough about the EventBoost support team and our Business Developer, Federico. The site itself was also very easy to navigate from an end user perspective.  For the most part, once our attendees logged in they didn't have trouble finding he materials or pages they were looking for. The layout was very clean. From the backend, or administrator perspective, it was fairly easy to figure out. However, whenever I had any questions or needed assistance, the support team was always ready to help.

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

The registration page we used was a bit limited and I needed the EventBoost team assistance to make any changes. We normally need to provide a lot of information on our registration page due to the nature of our conference and we really didn't have that ability. The Eventboost team was always willing to work with me on adding/fixing these changes though. Just a lot of times, it's nice to have the ability to make these changes myself. I think this is something they are working on for future events, though.

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We normally host this large conference in person, but this year we were unable to do so. We are not very savvy with technology and usually only have a registration page created and an app for the event rather than a hybrid event - so this year was a challenge figuring out what all was needed to put on a 100% virtual event. Eventboost helped us realize each step we needed to take and gave us suggestions for every aspect (sponsorship, video streaming, on demand videos, etc.)

Eventboost has always gone above and beyond help customize their product to our needs. If their capabilities didn't support our requests they would work hard to build out the platform to accommodate our requests or help us come up with an alternate solution.

I haven't found a downside to using Eventboost. They have been a great partner for several of our events.

**Recommendations to others considering Eventboost:**

If you are looking for a partner that will go above and beyond to ensure that they provide and customize everything you need for your event. They are also very hands on and helpful on -site at events.

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been able to solve our customization request of logging on to an event registration platform with a unique id for the password provided to them by us.  They have also been able to customize the event registration page to that employee once they have logged on with their unique id. This has been a huge bonus and help on end to help customize our registration process and make seamless for the employees.

Working in Eventboost is pretty intuitive, so it makes it easy to use.  Also, if I do encounter an issue, they are always very willing to explain how to correct the issue.

It makes the registration process much more manageable...especially when we're able to connect it seamlessly to the virtual platform.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

We have been using Eventboost for a few years now. But when Covid hit we had to change everything! The Team at Eventboost helped us navigate the who, what, how for our upcoming conference. The communication they had with us was was beyond helpful. We could not have pivoted without the diligent work that they provided.

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

The only improvement would be the communication when moving into the app environment. Mostly who could help if there was an issue in real time. Once we mentioned that to them they immediately had an answer for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Eventboost:**

The ease of use is great for me. I am not super technical and they handled it all for me and easily trained me to do work on my own. Get the stress free package, worth every penny.

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to integrate all remote sessions onto the app and that was not planned at all when we started with them (we thought it would be in person)

Eventboost is an extremely user friendly site for both the attendee who is registering and for the host on the back in. The site is customization to fit each events needs with data collection during registration or microsites for unique ID log in. We have used Eventboost for events scaling from 100 attendees to 30,000 attendees.

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

I have no dislikes for Eventboost or the software.

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working with Eventboost as a registration platform for our corporate events. Employees are able to register through one site with inputted data to then go into a simple excel sheet for the host. Various emails are then able to be sent to those who registered and did not.

The product simply works, I can manage my guests automagically thanks to their solution, but what impressed me the most is that their customer support is top-notch. They are quick to respond and very supportive.

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

I wish they released a guest app to manage registration and check-in.

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company organizes relatively small internal events requiring sensible management of invitees. Eventboost allows me to immediately and easily track invitees, registered users, and participants on the same platform, without touching excel anymore.  Much better customer experience, both for us and for our guests.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

The tool (lead capture and inscription) is very user friendly. Federico, my contact, is the best ever. He was really helpful and was able to answered to all of my question. When I had additional request, he was able to find solutions. 

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

I had problem checking in people at my event. Some request that come later on in the process could not be done without having to ''re-do'' the tool so if it's a first time, you need to know all your needs at the beginning of the process. For example, I realized at the end that I wanted to print my badges by date of inscription, not since the beginning, but I was not able to do it.

The process for inscription was easy. We were able to collect important information about our guests.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

Eventboost made the invitation process much more professional looking, and less time consuming both for us internally and for our attendees, as the platform is so user-friendly.  Had very helpful support from Eventboost, always fast and friendly.  I also chose Eventboost because it can keep an event private, unlike many event planning platforms which are designed to create a public website for registration. 

**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

That pictures included in an invitation aren't automatically visible in your inbox when receiving an email from Eventboost, unless you right-click an download.  But that is common to all incoming emails, not only those from Eventboost.  

**Recommendations to others considering Eventboost:**

Definitely recommend Eventboost for simplicity, ease of use and cost

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Eventboost we would manage the invitation process through basic email and calls.  By using Eventboost we reduced the time consumed at managing emails, and manipulating many lists.  The lists on the platform are always up to date.  The process of confirming attendance on the day of the event is quick and easy though the use of an ipad.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

Giving our guests the ability to register at their convenience and to easily use a credit card for purchasing tickets and other items made them true believers in Eventboost!  We'll never have another event that doesn't use this program.  This was our first time using this platform and I can honestly say the Eventboost staff was there every step of the way to ensure our success.  It really is a simple to use program with powerful capabilities.  Our check-in process at the event was smoother than ever and our guests were delighted.  Thank you!

I can't think of anything I disliked with either the program or the helpfulness of the staff.  Everything was well orchestrated  and straight forward.

So easy to use and powerful capabilities.  Eventboost team was great!

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our events previously took a lot of administrative time, which we don't have, to track everyone that was purchasing tickets.  On top that, messaging our guests are much easier with Eventboost as I can easily target specific groups, such as registered or non-registered guests.  Another important feature that our guests enjoyed was the ability to register at their convenience, 24 hours a day.  Previously, we could not accept credit cards and now with the partnership of Shopify and Eventboost, this was made easy.  All in all, this program made all of our lives much easier!

That it took me so long to find Eventboost.  I wish I would have been working with them on all my previous conferences.

When they tell you they are there to support you all the way through your process, they turely mean it.  the support I received from Eventboost was more then I ever expected.  They have a can-do, positive attitude. Eventboost support was a true pleasure to work with.

Conference registration and tracking, customized registration and application, simple and effective on site conference app.

**What do you like best about Eventboost?**

it is very easy to configure and provide a user friendly web and mobile interfaces. A lot of feature focused on attendee management, without all the unnecessary and costly frills of other apps. 


**What do you dislike about Eventboost?**

Not much. The application is improving day by day adding new features at no additional costs.

**Recommendations to others considering Eventboost:**

Run a test event, and buy the event base subscription. You can  switch to the yearly after the first use. 

**What problems is Eventboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a tools that is easy to use especially on site, when a lot of the staff is temporary and can quickly learn how to use the app.
