It allows you to manage all services in a single platform and organize support requests, improving customer satisfaction and optimizing the use of company resources. Deepser is modular and scalable: Ticketing, CMDB, ITAM, CRM etc. It allows a rapid implementation and various integrations. Available Cloud and On Premise. All features are included in the low cost of the license: It is convenient and tailored to your needs.

  ### 1. All I need in a single platform

**What do you like best about Deepser?**

It is easy to use and has a nice interface. I have all information I need in a single tool and do not need to use multiple software anymore. It sends me automatic reminders for commercial follow ups  and whenever a contract is about to expire and I need to take action

**What do you dislike about Deepser?**

It would be great if I could also use it to generate commercial offers.

**What problems is Deepser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All clients' request are received though the guest portal and are automatically routed to myself or my colleagues dependnig on the topic. We no longer lose track of contract deadlines and are able to keep track ( and therefor invoice) of all the assistance being done. Previously some actions could go unnoticed or we forgot to report them, having many tasks to do. We have a complete and updated inventory of all company resources and are able to predict if maintenance is needed or we need to replace an asset. 
In general, we are saving lots of time and can concentrate better on serving our clients.
