When I emailed them to try and clarify what is exactly "unlimited" about their service, they respond with a canned gaslighting message that you can tell they send to everyone claiming that "most users don't come close to using the 2,000". You didn't answer my question -- what is unlimited about your service? Instead of responding to someone tangentially in a way that evades a question because you know the answer is "nothing", update your pricing to reflect your services for what it truly is. Plus, even if that were the case, with Apollo you can get 10,000 credits for the same price. Since I started using it a year ago, ContactOut has been able to provide me with work emails as well as personal emails making it easy to reach the email contact. **What do you dislike about ContactOut?** It is quite hard to use on its own website unless one links it to one's personal Linkedin account. When I started using it, there was so much trouble retrieving contacts until when I managed to link it to my Linkedin account. I wish they can improve their website and make it more autonomous to use without necessarily having to link it to Linkedin. **What problems is ContactOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick contact retrievals. I have been able to quickly retrieve email addresses for various prospects. This has saved my time and thus increased my productivity. There are other contact-info finding tools that I use, but they are a supplement.
