## About CoReceptionist
CoReceptionist is a visitor management system that provides end-to-end automation of the visitor registration process including, sign-in, on boarding and sign-out. The days of paper visitor sign in books, which are time consuming, unreliable and very rarely completed correctly are gone. The CoReceptionist visitor management kiosk improves the efficiency of reception staff by allowing visitors to check-in themselves.

**What do you like best about CoReceptionist?**

Need something good looking to manage your visitors and deliveries? It was easy to set up, the price is right and it integrates with slack. Vishal walked me through using it and even gave me recommendations on set up. We don't get a ton of visitors but we needed something to manage the ones we do have. Coreceptionist got us exactly what we needed. The user interface is completely customize-able and the reporting is easy and seamless

**What do you dislike about CoReceptionist?**

Nothing really. I would love to see the photo preview in the slack notification, it only shows up in your email notification but that's not a game changer.

**Recommendations to others considering CoReceptionist:**

It is super simple and you can customize exactly what you need. I'd recommend it for those who need an easy way to manage visitors and deliveries. It probably works really well for more complicated set ups, I just haven't used it for that.

**What problems is CoReceptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security requirements and not having someone to open the door. We don't have a clear vision line to the door. It integrates with slack so people can go get their own visitors. This gives us the benefit of not having to wait or check the door over and over again so you can continue to be productive and when people arrive go grab them. Easy.

Also as part of our security procedure we needed to know who what in the office and have the ability to report on a given day. This gives us that opportunity.
