
Wow, where do I start with Clubspeed? It’s like having a super-efficient manager for our Family Entertainment Center. The way we can tailor the venue management feature to our needs is just brilliant. And the online booking? Our customers love the convenience, and we’re seeing more bookings than ever.
The self-service registration has made things so much smoother at the front of house. And as for the go-kart software, it’s top-notch. Booking, managing, timing - it’s got it all.
The CRM is like the cherry on top. It’s brought together so many essential tools under one roof. We’ve seen our revenue, repeat visits, productivity, and even the average ticket size go up since we started using Clubspeed. Even though Clubspeed is pretty awesome, there’s always scope for getting better, right? The user interface could do with a bit of a facelift. And while it’s great that the software works on all devices, the mobile experience could be a bit slicker.
It’s fantastic that the software is multilingual, but hey, the more languages, the merrier! And while we’re reassured by the data security guarantee, it would be great to get regular updates on how they’re keeping our data safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
