What do you like best about Clubspeed?

Wow, where do I start with Clubspeed? It’s like having a super-efficient manager for our Family Entertainment Center. The way we can tailor the venue management feature to our needs is just brilliant. And the online booking? Our customers love the convenience, and we’re seeing more bookings than ever.

The self-service registration has made things so much smoother at the front of house. And as for the go-kart software, it’s top-notch. Booking, managing, timing - it’s got it all.

The CRM is like the cherry on top. It’s brought together so many essential tools under one roof. We’ve seen our revenue, repeat visits, productivity, and even the average ticket size go up since we started using Clubspeed. What do you dislike about Clubspeed?

Even though Clubspeed is pretty awesome, there’s always scope for getting better, right? The user interface could do with a bit of a facelift. And while it’s great that the software works on all devices, the mobile experience could be a bit slicker.

It’s fantastic that the software is multilingual, but hey, the more languages, the merrier! And while we’re reassured by the data security guarantee, it would be great to get regular updates on how they’re keeping our data safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clubspeed?

The software is highly adaptable for most any karting center or family entertainment center. Their ClubBooking product is a massive revenue driver and will drive year-over-year growth for any business that utilizes it. Since implementing ClubBooking, average ticket amounts have increased at least 30%, and it continues to grow into a more significant part of our business. The support team is always available 24/7 and is fantastic to deal with and quick to get most issues resolved very quickly. This company as a whole is building on a great foundation of its enterprise software and expanding its offerings to help operators maximize their revenues and help mitigate labor constraints with their new Self Service Kiosk option. There is not anything that is not working at this time. There are some small things that you can work around with some creativity, but that is because every business operates differently. What do you like best about Clubspeed?

Response time to our questions has been second to none. Being a new user to clubspeed this was and continues to be, the key to our location's success . Shingo our account rep at Clubspeed, has been present from the moment we signed on with Clubspeed to now weeks into our k1 Soeed's opening . He has assisted, along with their support staff, to mold their POS system to fit our specific needs. At Clubspeed it is not a "one size fits all" mentality. They are not afraid to introduce new features , growing and adapting to the changing needs of their clients. They routinely ask how they can improve and invite their customers to participate in requesting new solutions for future software releases. What do you dislike about Clubspeed?

We had mentioned that the product buttons looks being similar and during busier times a challenge to differentiate. When I mentioned that to Shingo he had an immediate solution and idea. What do you like best about Clubspeed?

I love that the guest has a seamless experience - it is why we chose Clubspeed & you delivered on your promise.

I think it's very practical that my entire team has a somewhat picture of what's happening in other departments, all in the same system.

As far as support goes, they are super knowledgeable and respond quickly to your concerns.

What do you dislike about Clubspeed?

The consumer has a seamless experience, but the track has so many components to work with: SP_Admin, Clubspeed Admin, Briq, Cardppointe, Sendgrid etc.

It just makes a lot to work with. I'm super comfortable with computers - but other members of our staff not so much.
