**What do you like best about Cario?**

The functionality, ease of access and the fact that I can use one portal for everything. I can track my freight, invoicing, reporting, all in the one. It can be intergrated with all major ERP's. And an Australian owned and managed business with real-time support

**What do you dislike about Cario?**

Nothing so far, Cario has everything our business requires

**What problems is Cario solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one system, I can track my freight, carrier rates, ETAs, PODs, it is easily integrated and user friendly.

**What do you like best about Cario?**

The support team are locally based and contactable. David has helped us work through some complex challenges around our implementation, specifically around consolidation of consignments.

**What do you dislike about Cario?**

Rate card maintenance takes time. Additionally, more feature to bulk update invoice reconciliation will help.

**What problems is Cario solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One single view of all our New Zealand and Australian Freight. Making it easier for all teams
