  ### 1. Streamlined Task Management for Property Management

**What do you like best about Breezeway?**

I like that Breezeway is a good workhorse and is really good for single market use and mostly pretty good for regional, multimarket use.  It gets a little more confusing with multiple countries and languages. It works across an app and other channels. I appreciate its core function of straightforward task management for running physical operations. The ability to schedule cleaners, maintenance, and other service teams like vendors to arrive at the right time is incredible, allowing for same-day bookings and beating the competition. Also, the setup was pretty easy with several sessions featuring a very good instructor who had a good grasp of Breezeway's technology, even though it took some time.

**What do you dislike about Breezeway?**

Over the years, Breezeway takes a long time to develop solutions for what seem like widespread core use cases. For example, having inventory in multiple warehouse locations with customizable or viewable lists specific to those locations or markets. Right now, there's a big list viewable globally by everyone, which isn't ideal. Breezeway is more configurable, but setting it up to work well requires a lot of effort and upkeep. It's not as intuitive and requires constant configuration to stay active and function smoothly. Photo uploads don't work so well. Cleaners or maintenance groups need to provide evidence of their work with photos, but this is challenging if the Wi-Fi signal is weak or if they're using older phone technology. We've heard that it's hard for some cleaners to take and upload photos room by room, leading to huge photo dumps that take a long time to sort out.

**What problems is Breezeway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Breezeway to track core tasks in rental property management, especially scheduling cleaning and maintenance. It helps our teams coordinate efficiently, allowing for quick turnarounds and same-day bookings, outperforming competitors who aren't as streamlined.

As a property manager user it helps me to see and be notified of any issues or things that I need to be aware of for the homes I manage.

**What do you dislike about Breezeway?**

Overall as a user I have not experienced anything that I dislike, there may be an occasional delay or delicate task. There is still the job of reviewing all tasks.

**What problems is Breezeway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation is the best part of this tool, along with the ability to maintain pretty seamless accountability for staff and tasks across our properties.

**What do you like best about Breezeway?**

Efficient task coordination it helps streamline property management tasks by coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and inspections, making it easier for me as host to keep my properties in top condition. You also get to communicate with guests through Breezeway. Lastly, they have an automation feature.

**What do you dislike about Breezeway?**

Delayed response of their support.They also have limited mobile app features.

Helps me coordinate cleaning and maintenance. Helps me with automation.

**What do you like best about Breezeway?**

The app makes it easy to know what's happening when we're on the go and not at our computers. We can easily comment on tasks to keep clear communication with assigned staff, schedule tasks on the go, and check the dashboard to see all assigned tasks for a given day. The staff is much happier with the interface of Breezeway compared to our past scheduling platform. The desktop site is a great way to dial in the details of how we want things scheduled. There are also features like inventory tracking that we are very excited to utilize someday.

**What do you dislike about Breezeway?**

It's a pretty detailed onboarding, and I need a lot of refreshers to ensure we're using the features to their fullest potential. I'm sure that with time, it will become second nature.

**What problems is Breezeway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Breezeway has helped us solve the issue of staff being unsatisfied with our past scheduling system. The interface of the old system was very outdated and cluttered looking. It will also help us solve our inventory tracking once we get it dialed.
