"Not that impressed with BrandBay"

What do you like best about BrandBay?

The user interface is pretty simple and easy to use, but there are like 3 buttons so it's almost too simple to feel valuable. The white labeling seems somewhat valuable if you are a massive agency and have 1000s of clients, but I feel like there are other programs way better that offer other features on top of what they have, making the price way more valuable. What do you dislike about BrandBay?

It's super bland. It just holds assets, that's it. There are way better programs out there-- even Google Drive, that can do the same thing for cheaper. I don't see the value in it as a stand alone without any other features besides just holding uploads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrandBay?

Brandy offer generous storage for all our assets

It allows all pics format, display of videos

We can push our media kit to all our partners so it avoid friction and lack of information

With online and desktop app it is easy to manage our assets - we haven't tried yet the chrome extension Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrandBay?

No dislike at all the solution is solid.

upload is fast and easy

support is top notch

"Homebase for all my Brands"

What do you like best about BrandBay?

I like the ability to have each brands' assets separate and organized. It allows different team members, with different access rights. I like the CNAME Whitelabel option most of all. Well worth the upgrade. It has a web app, desktop app, and chrome extension, making it easy to access my files. I now use it almost every day.

I moved my team and company assets from dropbox to brandbay. Support has alwasy been excellent with the account changes I needed. Excellent product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrandBay?

I wish it had different view options, like list view. Sometimes the website app loads a little slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrandBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a number a brands saved in different locations and folders. Brandbay allows me to localize all of my brand assets into one storage. "Great Assets management"

What do you like best about BrandBay?

I use it mainly for my clients' assets storing and my own too - all in one place so I can easily access and find what I need and see what I actually have because, with the number of tools and assets, we may forget what we have at our disposal.

The Chrome extension is a very convenient tool to access all your assets without opening a new browser page/tab. It works as a popover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrandBay?

The product is in general very good and worth any money. However, there are a few things to be approved like adding a list view a list view and fixing the constant need to log in to the Chrome addon popover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy brand asset management tool for long term"

What do you like best about BrandBay?

Managing assets for a brand is one of the most tedious works. I use Photoshop templates for thumbnails and logos which have been made easily hosted on the platform. I have also shared the hosting links on the freelancer platform very easily. It has allowed me to save and host images and files very easily. What do you like best about BrandBay?

I love Brand Bay's mission. They provide a simple yet powerful product for managing a company's or clients' branding assets at an affordable price, which is a rarity in the industry where similar tools cost significantly more than BrandBay.

I appreciate the sleek and minimal interface, the ease of creating asset structures in the panel, and the straightforward navigation. It's also simple to share any part of the brand system with clients or other professionals who may need it.

Although there are a few areas that could be polished, I think this young product is almost perfect.

Easy to use, it allows groups of assets within a brand, facilitating segmentation and use according to the means of communication or campaign.

Allows you to share the brand, groups or just assets, ensuring the correct use of the material.
