**What do you like best about Batch?**

What I appreciate most about Batch is the ease of use of the platform. With its very intuitive UI, anyone can quickly become proficient with the tool. Additionally, the support is of high quality with onboarding teams and CSMs who are experts in the tool and in the CRM field. I highly recommend it :)

**What do you dislike about Batch?**

Certain aspects of the MEP are not yet available on the CEP, such as in-app for example. The tool is still under development for emailing even though this part is already very comprehensive!

**What problems is Batch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Batch allows centralization of email, app push, and SMS campaigns to provide an omnichannel experience for our clients. We have been able to set up brand new automated journeys by linking the different platforms, something we couldn't do before and which degraded the CRM customer experience.

The quality of the UX, very easy to use. Set up campaigns is very quick, and in case of problems, the support is always available to help.

As we don’t currently use the CEP interface, web push and app push omnichannel strategy is difficult to setup

**What do you like best about Batch?**

After a call for tenders to find a new partner for our mobile marketing (push), we chose Batch. A solid partner, with great references, competent collaborators, but also (and this is important) very friendly. The support is therefore of high quality! The setup and migration of our old campaigns have just been successfully completed, and we are eager to now use all the new possibilities that Batch offers us.

For the moment, nothing to report, Batch has been present in this installation.

Batch allows us greater flexibility and autonomy to create our Push campaigns. They also allow us to easily conduct A/B/C tests and better track the performance of all our campaigns.

Batch is the tool that allows us to manage all of our marketing campaigns in a simple, intuitive, and effective way, with a constant evolution of the platform according to our needs.

The strength of Batch is that we benefit from truly personalized support, with a team that is always responsive, very involved, and there whenever we need them. It's simply brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Batch?**

There are no major drawbacks to using Batch. Of course, as with any tool, there are always some minor adjustments or developments to anticipate, but we have a clear vision of the roadmap and upcoming features, which is reassuring and very appreciable.

**What problems is Batch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Batch allows us to centralize everything in a single tool, especially for our marketing campaigns, emails, and push notifications. What we particularly appreciate is the easy access to data, the almost infinite personalization, and above all, an ultra-optimized dashboard that allows the marketing team to be completely autonomous from the IT squad. And that's the real strength.

I think Batch has exceeded all expectations, especially with the announcement of their Synching agent and the collaboration with Snowflake.

Nothing specific. They're always super reactive.

The diversity of solutions on a single interface, I love the fact that everything is centralized. It's intuitive, skill development happens quickly and naturally. The responsiveness of the support teams and the Batch - Client follow-up make Batch a true partner for its clients.

**What do you like best about Batch?**

The UX and ease of use is one of the best I know. The implementation is smooth, you can tell the teams are well-prepared. They are present, responsive, always have an answer, and help find workarounds. The support is of high quality for both developers and business teams who feel challenged in building their use cases. Campaign configuration is ultra-simple, which saves operational teams a lot of time. Long live Batch!

**What do you dislike about Batch?**

In my opinion, there are still a few key features missing (such as being able to view the list of contacts and their received communications). That said, the tech roadmap is ambitious, and I know that my improvement suggestions are taken into account when I report them (to support or to my CSM).

**What problems is Batch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a freelancer, I am often required to integrate Batch for relatively short mission periods, usually as a replacement for another CRM tool. The ease of implementation/use and the support from Batch allow me to, in record time: scope the project, onboard the teams (dev, data, and marketing), migrate from the tool, and train the internal teams before my departure.

**What do you like best about Batch?**

The out of the box thought process to integrate emailing, web push, messaging is an excellent idea. Marketers like us find it rock hard to find ways to keep our customers engaged and informed about our products. Thanks to batch we can now tailor our ways to do this based on each customer type.

**What do you dislike about Batch?**

I find navigating between tools can be made a bit more easier and sometimes finding the right option becomes tedious. It would be great if the development team can improvise on this. With usage it becomes very easy but at the start it gets a bit annoying so request the developers to work on this front.

**What problems is Batch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can tailor the timing as to when and how my marketing ads should be for a specific customer and I dont find this in other tools. Whereas I am able to do this in batch.

I've never been able to find a solution for customer engagement that covers everything, and I mean everything: Email, SMS, push notifications, web push & in-app messaging. Batch gives you the tools to stay in touch and engage with your customers and clients.

For big companies, the campaigns must be created by different people depending on region. 
No capability today to split one account into different licence, and provide each licence specific geography management.

I regret the lack of parameters and features in the in-app party

Thanks to push, I can engage users as soon as they download the app. I notice a benefit on stickiness ratio and retention rate. 

Thanks to in-app message, i can show specific content (new features) to the users

The product is superb in terms of interface. The onboarding was masterfully handled. The willingness to help customers is present thanks to a success-oriented team.

For now, not much, except that there's still a lot of evangelizing to do about the usefulness of such a solution.
