What do you like best about Board?

I am particularly impressed by the versatility of the possibilities to implement even complex processes – and that with high system performance. The interface is overall very user-friendly and intuitive to use. The board support responds quickly and reliably, especially with system-critical questions. What do you dislike about Board?

The pricing is not transparent. Additionally, the technical documentation should be expanded because certain behaviors of the board are not understandable for inexperienced developers, leaving unnecessary questions unanswered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mapping our business processes (operational and financial) considering all relevant dimensions important for evaluation is very well possible with board. Such a data model would be unthinkable in Excel. Board gives us the opportunity to analyze our processes in great detail and thus make planning more precise step by step. What do you like best about Board?

Board is a versatile platform that can be easily integrated with external sources. All employees can use it without specific training to perform analysis and make data-driven decisions and improve the interconnection between various business functions.

In our company, the tool is used daily by several offices and is the official source of data disclosure.

What do you dislike about Board?

Nothing specifically, the new releases are always improving the product and offer better performance. Leaving aside a few programming bugs the solution has no major shortcomings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

Board is used in the company to make most business decisions.

At the commercial level to evaluate the performance of customer promotions in terms of product numerics and depth of discounts and to check the overall margin contribution.

At the operations level to analyze proper warehouse management and store performance, identifying in time any critical issues to be resolved.

At the HR level to verify the structure and turnover of staff.

What do you like best about Board?

The two best things about board are the look and feel and ease of adoption, but also the value that comes from one platform for every function (Finance, HR etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board?

There's nothing I dislike about Board! However, you do need to work with a good implementation partner to balance the greenfield approach with some prepared content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

Board instantly solves all the issues with planning in excel - great workflow, robustness to data, and ability to cut and slice the plans in different multi-dimensions. On top of this is works across every part of the business but without modular costs. The more you build on it, the higher the ROI for the business. You can do just about anything in Board. Very good UI - easy to sell to the users

Great possibility to adjust/modify figures at aggregated level with automatic split of the adjustment at the detailed level

Implementation phase was a bit painful due to the lack of skilled consultants (that was in 2020)

"Insightful Yet Challenging for Forecasting"

What do you like best about Board?

I appreciate the breadth of macroeconomic indicators available in Board, especially the inclusion of non-US based data. This is incredibly valuable for us as an international company with complex supply chains and diverse customers, as it helps us pay attention to important macroeconomic trends affecting our business.
