## AnyDesk Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Setup, Fast Cross-Device Remote Support with AnyDesk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raducu R. | Front-End Developer / Webmaster, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk is easy to set up and very useful for quick remote access and support. I like that it connects fast, works across different devices, and usually performs well even on weaker connections. It makes troubleshooting, file access, and helping someone remotely much simpler without needing to be physically present.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk can sometimes be inconsistent depending on the internet connection or device being used. Session quality may drop, remote control can feel delayed, and permissions or unattended access settings are not always obvious for less technical users. Security prompts and connection restrictions can also interrupt the workflow when quick support is needed.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AnyDesk helps solve the problem of accessing computers and providing support remotely without being physically present. It makes it easier to troubleshoot issues, manage files, assist clients or teammates, and work on another device from anywhere. This saves time, reduces travel or delays, and helps resolve technical problems faster.

  ### 2. Fast, Stable Remote Access That Keeps Our Operations Moving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hazal . | Finance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

What I like most about AnyDesk is how fast and stable the connection is, even when I’m accessing systems across different countries. In our day-to-day operations, we often need to connect remotely to colleagues, finance systems, or outsourced team members’ devices, and the low latency makes it feel almost like working locally. That directly improves efficiency, especially for time-sensitive tasks like payments, reporting, and routine system checks.

From a workflow standpoint, features such as unattended access and simple file transfer are extremely useful. For instance, being able to securely log into a finance workstation without needing someone on the other end saves a lot of coordination and back-and-forth. The built-in file transfer also lets us move reports, invoices, and supporting documents quickly, without having to rely on separate tools.

The UI is straightforward and easy to navigate, which keeps onboarding smooth for non-technical team members. We didn’t need structured training-people were able to start using it right away. This is especially helpful in cross-functional teams where not everyone is tech-focused.

In terms of performance, it’s lightweight and doesn’t demand heavy system resources, which matters when I’m running multiple tools at the same time (finance dashboards, BI tools, and similar apps). It also feels responsive and less disruptive than other options we’ve tried.

One unexpected benefit has been how well it holds up on weaker internet connections. That reliability has made it a dependable choice when traveling or working remotely from different locations.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, it provides strong value given how frequently we depend on remote access to maintain operational continuity. In many cases, it removes the need for physical presence, saving time as well as indirect costs.

Overall, AnyDesk has become a critical tool for maintaining operational flexibility, especially in a fast-paced environment where quick access and responsiveness really matter.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

While AnyDesk performs very well overall, there are still a few areas where it could be stronger.

From a finance and operations standpoint, the main gap is auditability. More detailed session logs and clearer user activity tracking would improve accountability, especially in situations where multiple people access the same systems.

The file transfer feature is helpful, but it lacks visibility. There isn’t a clear transfer history or an easy way to track which documents were sent, which can be limiting when you’re working with financial files or reports.

Finally, when managing multiple sessions, the interface can feel a bit basic. A more structured way to organize sessions-such as grouping or tagging devices—would make it easier to navigate and improve overall usability.

None of these are major blockers, but addressing them would make AnyDesk even more effective for finance-driven and operational workflows.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AnyDesk mainly helps solve the problem of securely accessing systems and carrying out sensitive tasks without being physically present or having to share confidential credentials.

In previous roles, I worked with 200+ companies, and one of the biggest challenges was handling sensitive financial or operational processes without directly logging into their systems. Sharing credentials was not always secure or acceptable, especially for official or compliance-related work. With AnyDesk, we could connect in real time, complete transactions or checks directly within their environment, and keep security intact. This reduced back-and-forth communication and helped minimize risk.

Before using it, many workflows depended on long email threads, screen recordings, or scheduled calls, which slowed everything down. Now, tasks that used to take hours or even days can often be finished in minutes through a quick, secure connection.

In my current role, we also work with multiple outsourced partners, and AnyDesk has become an essential tool for accessing systems quickly, resolving issues, and completing official processes securely. It supports both speed and operational continuity, especially for time-sensitive finance workflows.

Overall, it saves a significant amount of coordination time while providing a higher level of security and control.

  ### 3. Efficient, Lightweight Remote Work Tool with Minor Feature Wish

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shailesh J. | Quality Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

I like that AnyDesk makes working from home easier with its easy file transfer and low latency, which is really fast. It's very lightweight, so it doesn't reduce my PC performance. It's helpful to operate other PCs or laptops directly, even from a distance. I find the app really safe and secure, which is important, and I was able to operate my teammate's laptop who was 2,600 kilometers away. AnyDesk helps me work from anywhere, and I appreciate that it doesn't require any cloud service for file sharing. It's great that it works across different operating systems like mobile phones, Windows, Mac, and Linux. The setup is too easy; just share the address, and you're done, which even a beginner can handle. It's so common that I've found AnyDesk installed on many office laptops.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Generally, it’s easy to use. I had AnyDesk on my work laptop, and for a long time I didn’t really understand what the software actually does,I just knew that we could use it to remotely control a computer. The only thing I didn’t like is that sometimes it has issues when transferring larger files.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AnyDesk for easy file transfer with low latency and no impact on my PC's performance. It enables me to work from anywhere, access files remotely without cloud services, and it's cross-platform compatible.

  ### 4. Lightweight, User-Friendly, and Seamlessly Integrated Across Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shoaib S. | People and Culture Officer, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

It’s lightweight and very user-friendly. The system integration works well on mobile and tablets, especially when you’re accessing your main computer. It loads quickly, and switching between mouse, keyboard, and touch input feels seamless, so everything runs efficiently—fast and smooth. I haven’t had it break down on me even once. The free version will work best for almost everyone unless you specifically need the Pro license, which is very reasonably priced. Best of all, AnyDesk’s performance doesn’t seem to be affected, no matter what device you’re using it on.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

There isnt much that i dislike, compared to the competitors, its very well designed.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access whenever I need it. The ability to turn on a device even if it’s switched off (WAKE ON LAN) is amazing. I’m able to transfer files remotely, monitor updates, or handle installations from a distance. Even accessing webpages that can only be reached from a local computer becomes easy and attainable.

  ### 5. Reliable and Lightweight Remote Access Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumisha J. | Senior Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

What I like most about AnyDesk is how fast and stable the remote connection is, even on low-bandwidth networks. The interface is simple and easy to use, lightweight, and it makes remote support and file sharing very convenient.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

One thing I dislike about AnyDesk is that the free version comes with limitations and frequently shows prompts related to commercial-use detection. Also, during longer remote sessions, the connection quality can sometimes fluctuate.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AnyDesk helps solve the problem of accessing and supporting devices remotely without needing extensive technical knowledge. It benefits me by making remote troubleshooting, collaboration, file transfers, and remote control much faster and more convenient, especially when working from different locations. Overall, it improves team coordination and boosts productivity to a great extent.

  ### 7. Fast, Secure Remote Support Across Windows, macOS, and Linux

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk is the solution I use most when it comes to taking remote access to any machine with a GUI. In offices—especially those with multiple branches—issues where some users aren’t able to complete certain tasks will always be there. In those situations, it’s easy for anyone to use AnyDesk to get UI access to another computer and fix the issue. On the other end, the user has to accept our remote-access request, so from a security POV it isn’t a problem.

Performance-wise, the application itself is very fast, but it can feel laggy if the network is slow. I can’t really blame AnyDesk for that. When it comes to compatibility, we can use AnyDesk on Linux-based systems, macOS, and Windows. It also has CLI-based management and a REST API for CRM integration, although I haven’t used those features much.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk is being used by cybercriminals who pretend to be some kind of support team. This isn’t an AnyDesk problem at all, but I still wanted to mention it here as a heads-up. Other than that, I haven’t run into any issues with AnyDesk. One thing I did notice is that it won’t work when Wayland is enabled in GNOME-based UIs.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s very helpful in IT support environments when you get a ticket saying someone isn’t able to do something. We can’t blame that person, because they might be a different type of user who isn’t familiar with that specific issue. For example, if a JavaScript developer can’t access a particular network because of a VPN problem, it’s much easier for the IT team to use AnyDesk than to try to teach networking to the JavaScript guy just to resolve the ticket.

  ### 8. Fast and Reliable Remote Access Tool for Daily Support and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric . | Customer Onboarding and Support Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

What I like most about AnyDesk is its speed and stability, even on slower or less reliable internet connections. As a company user, I’ve found it extremely useful for providing remote support, accessing other systems, and troubleshooting issues in real time. Setting up a connection is quick, and the interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. I also appreciate features such as file transfer, session recording, and permission controls, which help keep remote sessions both secure and efficient.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

While AnyDesk performs well overall, the free and lower-tier versions come with a few limitations, particularly around session management features. From time to time, connectivity can also be an issue when network restrictions are in place, and I may need to disconnect and re-establish the connection to continue. The interface is straightforward and easy to use, but it could feel a bit more modern and offer more customization options. Overall, these are minor concerns and they don’t significantly impact my day-to-day usage.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AnyDesk addresses the challenge of remote access and technical support without needing anyone to be physically present. Before I started using it, resolving issues often involved lengthy explanations over the phone or waiting for someone to come onsite. With AnyDesk, problems can be diagnosed and fixed right away, which saves time for both end users and support teams. In my experience, it has boosted productivity, reduced downtime, and made collaboration across different locations much easier and more efficient. Overall, it’s a dependable tool for remote work and IT support.

  ### 9. Easy Remote Control Across Windows, Mac, and Mobile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mureed a. | Web Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

Easy to install software with the ability to control my clients computers remotely, the free version can do a lot, and it works for compute and mobile, Windows and Mac devices.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

I cannot control two devices at the same time on the free version, and some of my clients cannot install or use AnyDesk for some limitations from the company' It department policy.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program was a dream for me and my stuff, it solves managing and administrating my clients' devices without the need for visiting their company and wasting time and money. It helps us increase the number of clients to serve in month.

  ### 10. Seamless Remote Access with Minimal Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donald H. | President/CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

I like the fact that we can use AnyDesk as a free tool since we are not really using it primarily for heavy business use. I do enjoy the fact that it is also built into one of our RMM tools as an option for remoting into our client systems. The ability to just click on a button inside our RMM tool and access our client's desktop is very important. And with the AnyDesk integration, it makes it a one or two click process and you're in. The initial setup of AnyDesk was very easy.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

We've been recommending AnyDesk to our clients who need access from their home to their work systems, and usually they utilize the free tool. However, sometimes they get flagged as business users when it's really for personal use. At that point, it gets to where every five minutes or so, it blocks you for fifteen minutes, and that becomes very irritating when it's misidentified.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AnyDesk to troubleshoot network issues when my primary tool fails to connect. It's a helpful backup, free for personal use and integrated into our RMM tool for easy client desktop access.

  ### 11. Fast, Portable Remote Access with Strong Security Layers, but sometimes can be glitchy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonidas R. | Network Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

Portability and fast access to a remote station in no time. Multiple layers of access let you secure your connection.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Sometimes the software can glitch, and you end up having to ask the other side to reboot the station. That’s not helpful if there isn’t anyone on the other end to assist.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me quickly fix issues on my remote stations and lets me monitor them as well. It’s also really handy for setting up a station across the office or on another floor.

  ### 12. Efficient Remote Access with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Senior Electronics Hardware design and test, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

I like that AnyDesk allows me to pass files without impairing the users running it, which is a very good tool. I can have users handling software in the UI while I go through the 'back end' and pass new files without disclosing what I'm handling.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

The address book sometimes seems to lose memory, which can be a hassle. Also, the UI is not as user-friendly as it could be. The machine list menu is almost hidden, and the session ID doesn't really offer much. It should request renaming to make the list more manageable.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AnyDesk for remote access to factory machines, file deployment, local database access, and PC troubleshooting. It allows passing files without impairing the users, letting them handle software while I work on the backend.

  ### 13. Exceptional Tool for IT Remote Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anas A. | Information Technology System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I find AnyDesk very exceptional as an IT administrator because I use it daily to support employees and customers with online meetings and troubleshooting. It helps me a great deal to overcome issues without needing to be physically present, saving me time and money. The subscription model offers unlimited usage without limited space, which I appreciate. Using AnyDesk is easy, with simple installation and good instructions, making it accessible from anywhere with my laptop or mobile to support employees effectively.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Regarding the improvement, the free version is short based, but it can be done easily through a subscription.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AnyDesk daily as an IT administrator to solve employee issues remotely. It saves me time and money by eliminating the need for physical presence. It's easy to use, providing convenient access from anywhere to support employees efficiently.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Majid M. | Freelancer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk is the best software for controlling our system remotely. I honestly don’t have words to express how useful it is: we can control the device, share files, delete files, and do everything we need from anywhere through AnyDesk. Remotely, we can control both desktops and laptops with ease.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Sometimes it closes automatically, and that’s the main drawback I’ve noticed. When I’m in a hurry, reconnecting can take longer than I expect, which is frustrating. The user interface could also be improved so it feels smoother and more intuitive. On macOS, there’s noticeable lag at times, and it affects the overall experience. That said, it’s easy to implement on Windows and macOS, and the integration is good overall.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us resolve project issues online. If someone isn’t in the office, they can share their problem through Anydesk, and we can troubleshoot and fix it using Anydesk. For example, if there’s an issue in Adobe After Effects, we can assist them remotely through Anydesk.

  ### 16. Anydesk: One-Stop Remote Access That Simplifies Support and Training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

The Best software for those who are into SaaS or software support. The main chalange in Saas is to connect with user remotely and solve their problems, quries, and to provide them the training. In my compnay we connect with our users remotely and anydesk helps us a lot to share the screen, we can access the users screen and do the needful. The most strugling part was user traning. Using Anydesk we can provide the training and we can record the traning so that they can use it in future. Our tech team can also connect with the users and solve the technical issues which users are facing. The unexpexted part is you can connect with multiple devices at the same time that makes us very easy to connect our developer team + customer support team + users. Anydesk is the one stop solution for remote access.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

There is nothing to dislike about anydesk. Just permissions part for MacOs or apple dievices is complicated. Non-tech savy users get annoyed and it consumes a lot of time when it comes to apple devices.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of connecting to users' device remotly and accessing their decives to understand and solve the issue is very deficult. we were using zoom meeting for that but it is not user friendly. and google meet doues not provie permission to access the screen. so we came accress anydesk and all the problems we were facing are solved with anydesk.
