I use AnyDesk daily to remote into client machines—mostly to troubleshoot issues with the software and products our company builds, set up Meta ad campaigns for clients who aren’t comfortable doing it themselves, and install new software on their systems. For that kind of hands-on support work, it’s been consistently reliable. What I like most is how lightweight it is. The app is a tiny download and it launches almost instantly, so when a client is stuck and needs quick help, I can send them the link, they run it, read me the code, and I’m on their screen in under a minute. There’s no long install process and no account setup required on their end, which makes a big difference when the person on the other side isn’t very technical. The connection also stays smooth even on average internet, which matters because a lot of my clients don’t have great connections. File transfer during a session is another feature I rely on all the time—I can drop installers or config files straight onto their machine instead of emailing things back and forth.

I like AnyDesk because it is easy to use and has a friendly user interface. The simple interface makes it straightforward, and the initial setup is super easy. So far everything is great!
