The platform is also very fast, our data feels completely secure, and whenever we run into a snag, their customer support team helps us resolve it right away.

Setting up highly detailed, deep audience segments can feel a bit clunky at times and often takes more clicks than it really should. Also, the initial integration with our existing data stack took longer than we expected to fully implement and optimize.

Having a direct point of contact who genuinely understands our business makes it much easier to troubleshoot errors quickly, and it also provides us with tailored guidance on how to improve our campaign performance.

The system hides many of its more advanced automation capabilities deep within the interface, without making them obvious to a regular user. Because discoverability is quite poor, it’s easy to overlook useful tools that could significantly optimize our day-to-day communication flows.

We were dealing with serious email delivery issues, with our messages often being blocked by major domains or going straight to spam folders. This application addresses those problems directly by improving our overall domain health and helping maintain consistent, stable deliverability across all of our active mailing tracks.

I like that Actito is actually an enterprise platform, yet remains very user-friendly. It is powerful with many features and many integrations. It ensures that you have everything in one tool, so you don't have to use various separate tools. Especially the integration with SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

That is quite a large tool. Sometimes it might be easier if certain options were more easily accessible. Yes, it's not about accessibility, it's mainly about learning, so for some functions, yes, you really need to know how they work before you can do anything with them. Well, there is definitely a learning curve. It's not a plug-and-play tool that you can set up in 5 minutes.

With Actito, I easily and efficiently reach my target audience through omnichannel journeys and gain direction in communication channels such as WhatsApp and email. It integrates our marketing process without using multiple tools, but there is a learning curve for some features.

With Actito, we have realized a longer customer lifetime thanks to the amazing customer engagement features. Using the tool, it is always easy to customize/personalize marketing campaigns to suit our customer needs.
I like that Actito makes it easy for our marketers to create relevant, timely and awesome interactions across the important touchpoints.
I like that Actito ensures we get unified customer view whereby the tool consolidates all customer information both online and offline to understand their behavior and preference.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

The tool allows for the development of very refined scenarios and targeting quite quickly. Additionally, the creative tool allows for personalization in emails. Finally, with more advanced use, it allows for reaching out to clients through multiple channels (email / SMS etc.) and sending different versions of messages to test them. The customer support is quite responsive.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

The performance indicator feedback is limited. The template tool could include new formats (while adhering to good deliverability practices). The basic connection is only conditioned by a common primary key, and this has its limits, especially for developing communications on a global event calendar. The feedback from Actito support has improved, but a hotline is missing in case of a real issue. In the end, very technical, but a deleted scenario disappears forever.

It helps us to develop our support for the multi-brand customer journey, commercial follow-up, and possibly a bit of listening related to Qualifio.

It is a real pleasure to work with the technical teams at Actito. Whether it is for the implementation of new projects or for support. The Actito support team (especially Jérémy) has always been very responsive, efficient, and proactive in meeting our needs or during technical project scoping. It is always a real pleasure to work with them after all these years.

There is no particular element of dissatisfaction.

Actito allows for a broad response to various marketing and CRM needs in terms of customer engagement through the deployment of campaigns across different channels such as email, SMS, and more recently, push notifications thanks to a connector with our push notification solution.

Actito is a very comprehensive tool in terms of possibilities for marketing automation. From database management to scenario creation, the steps are very intuitive and pleasant to use. Creating and tracking campaigns is easily done with the tools at our disposal.

In case I have a question, Actito support is always very helpful and super responsive. And if it's just a small point of verification that we forgot, the documentation is also very complete.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

Since I started using it, there have been minor bugs. After discussing with their customer service, I am always assured that these bugs will be considered in the upcoming improvement work or at least somewhere on the roadmap, which is always nice to hear.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use the functions related to marketing automation. The offering of this tool is quite comprehensive and constantly improving, in addition to working well.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

The Actito team is very helpful and highly responsive. Manon M and Manon K always respond to us very quickly and are always proactive with suggestions.

At least once a week, I handle the design of emails/newsletters, the selection of targeting, and their sending. I also sometimes have to change emails already present in scenarios. For all this, I find this tool intuitive and quite easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

I find the possibility of designing emails quite limited:
- not being able to upload our own brand font.
- quite a low limit in terms of email size: I sometimes have to reduce the pixels of my images and even have to try several times to be able to send them. This is quite unfortunate because, in addition to the time it takes me, the quality of the images is affected...
- lack of design adaptation depending on the device used (mobile/desktop).

Actito is a great tool; it has everything you need and more from a marketing automation shandpoint, and setting up marketing automation flows is easy with its intuitive UI. The level of support with Actito is also noteworthy. The team is incredibly knowledgeable about their product and are always happy to support.

Integration could be improved with the likes of Salesforce: the addition of native connectors to make the process of integration less manual would be the only thing I would flag here

Actito's tool provides everything you need in terms of marketing, personalisation, automation, everything you'd expect from a big player in this field but with a tool that I find more intuitive with great training resources and excellent support at a price that is more accessible. This adds considerable value for existing and prospective clients of ours.

Concerning SalesForce, you are right. We don't have a native integration yet, although we have many customs integrations with them. Most of the time my feeling is that you need to go custom because SF has been tweaked to the specific needs of the client, which makes native integrations nearly impossible due to non-standard data models.

It's a very simple and intuitive software yet offers great personalisation capabilities, especially on the data model side, also the customer team is extremely helpful and supportive.

The lack of in-platform data manipulation (workflows) and native connectors to some CRMs like Salesforce, this is something that would make the integration with other systems much faster and simpler. I think this is critical since one of the biggest advantages I see to actito is the flexibility on the data model.

The Actito index, it's a debate I would be happy to challenge with you as well. In my life as a CSM, I have used it mainly in the context of segmentation using the global index vs the individual. This allows you to create segments related to engagement. But let's agree if you are doing segmentation it can be redundant and less precise.

My team are new to email marketing. We have required a lot of hand-holding over our initial onboarding process and Actito have helped us every step of the way.

This is an observation rather than a critisism as we are on a journey together that started almost from scratch, but sometimes I feel we can spend hours discussing theory ahead of actually implementing actions.

Personalisation (or lack of) has been a problem for us until recently. Actito have introduced Fresh Relevance to us and we not have live environment personalisation blocks rolled out across mass send and triggered emails after very succesful testing.

Actito is a platform that is easy to understand where the UI/UX is intuitive. Therefore, it is very simple to navigate and use the different modules.

It is imperative to add sending logs to understand when a trigger is in error (e.g., ACS), to be able to manipulate a trigger workflow in real-time without having to stop it, rename it, then duplicate it, and finally modify it.

The sending of communications and the tracking of results. The reporting dashboards are functional but need improvement to delve a bit into the complexity, and above all, they lack filters.

I can only support the point of real-time workflow updates, having often discussed with the team that the complexity is related to the expected action(s) and analytical consolidation. 
Basically, what do we do with the people in the scenario and how can we compare individuals who would have gone through an updated workflow.

You will have understood the option to duplicate to modify it and the possibility of making a hard stop on the scenario or waiting for the entire target to go through the different actions.

That it is quite expensive to change templates, as is the annual subscription. No bulk downloads of results of campaigns are possible, only each campaign separately, which makes good (trend) analyses very cumbersome. Also we consider the bot filter too strict. Also a pity that the newsletters cannot be forwarded without loosing the design structure.

- You probably refer to our template subscription. This allows you to integrate your brand but also to have a 100% tailor-made email builder based on your requirements. I guess that you have many types of email that you leverage: marketing, transactional, servicing, ...)The subscription should allow you to have tailor-made approaches regarding all of them.

- Bot filter can be a debate. I would recommend taking a look at the status of those: quarantine, long quarantine, catch-up address, ... We can sometimes find creative ways to reactivate those. A good topic to talk about your account. 

- Sharing is definitely something I would like to push as well towards our product. The more we are, the bigger the chance of seeing this coming into Actito.

**What do you like best about Actito?**

Actito consultants' support from the beginning assures a very smooth start and confidence in future projects. The proactivity of the consultants that also care about your performance and campaign results is a great value!

The platform itself is done to get a clear view on data and save your time for repetitive manipulation thanks to the possibility to save almost all possible snippets and blocs that you will need later in other campaigns.

The email templates provided by Actito are tested on Litmus and work smoothly in all the email providers interfaces - great thing!!! The templates are also developped for responsive, which is easy to check out before the sending.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

Sometimes some bugs are waiting for a major update roll-out. But you get bugs extremely rarely.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Actito is very invested in our internal projects, they make us discover the solutions that fit correctly with the project.
They also showed us some potential partners we are working with now.

When talking email you highlight that you have your template which as been crafted based on your objectors and taking into account your audience. Email templating is in my opinion a fine mix between art and science.

Concerning the bugs, let be honest of course we encounter some, most of the time we can fix them pretty quickly, but sometimes we need more time to avoid braking other parts of the solution.

ACTITO helps us send transactional, triggered, scenarized, and also do mass mailing emails. Additionally, it is a strong tool with numerous connection plugs, including RSS feeds, webhooks, APIs, and web services. Our international editors can easily and quickly create and publish their e-mailing campaigns once everything is set up. We appreciate how simple it is to create targeting, how quickly campaigns can be set up, and how easy it is to adapt templates without having any prior knowledge of HTML. We also value the Actito team's constant promptness and expertise in providing support in the event of difficulties.

**What do you dislike about Actito?**

Due to the extremely constrained template platform and the lack of control over image sizes, padding setups, etc., designers have little design possibilities. Hence an improvement ought to be done on the templates.

**What problems is Actito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The marketing and lead creation for my company heavily relies on database management. I can precisely segment the profiles in my database using Actito, ensuring that I push the appropriate material to the appropriate customers. I frequently employ automated situations. My life is so much simpler now that this feature exists! It's fairly simple to configure, and after you're done, all you have to do is sit back and let the software do the work. You can always discover an email scenario that meets your demands because we can automatically send emails depending on a wide range of variables.
