Centralise and activate your customer data, then design, orchestrate and optimise personalised journeys across 11 channels, including email, SMS, push, WhatsApp and in-app, with real-time triggers and behavioural logic. Dedicated deliverability infrastructure helps your messages reach the inbox, and customer data stays in Europe with GDPR compliance built in. Actito is headquartered in Belgium, with offices in France and Spain, and is part of Ibexa. Actito Agents, powered by the Ibexa Agentic Platform, start with three pre-built agents that you call from the Actito AI Assistant. Actito Agents turn one brief into copy for every segment, adapt email content for SMS, WhatsApp and push, and build campaign comparison reports, with nothing sent until you approve it. A first group of customers is using the Actito Agents today, ahead of General Access on 12 January 2027.
